Responsibilities of Licensor. 4.1 Licensor shall use all reasonable efforts: 4.1.1 to make the Licensed Work(s) available by means of the World Wide Web to the Licensee throughout the Subscription Period; 4.1.2 to ensure that the Server has sufficient capacity and rate of connectivity to provide the Licensee with a quality of service consistent with current standards in the World Wide Web on-line information provision industry; 4.1.3 to restore access to the Licensed Work(s) as soon as possible in the event of an interruption or suspension of the service.
Responsibilities of Licensor. 9.1 On-Site Assistance. At Our discretion, We may provide on-site assistance upon Your reasonable request and if We have the availability to do so. The cost is five hundred dollars ($500) per day per company representative, plus the cost of travel, food and lodging for Our representatives.

Responsibilities of Licensor. All technical responsibility of the Licensor pertinent to this License shall be carried out through Licensor's CSM Program. Licensor for the term of this Agreement shall: 1. Continue the development of software for computer-assisted survey data collection, documentation, and/or processing. Licensor will provide Licensee six months' notice should Licensor's development be discontinued. 2. Maintain all CSM systems on specific hardware and operating systems that are designated as CSM supported environments. These supported environments may be changed by Licensor as necessary. Licensor will provide Licensee with a minimum six (6) months notice should support be discontinued. 3. Facilitate the exchange of techniques and instruments for data collection and processing. 4. Provide routine technical consultation by telephone, telefax and electronic or postal mail to Licensees using Licensed Materials. 5. Provide technical and administrative support for training workshops that are held for Association members on an (approximately) annual basis. 6. Provide additional services on a recharge basis as CSM staff time and project scheduling permits. Such services include, but are not limited to, ports of CSM systems to hardware and operating systems that are not designated as CSM-supported environments, implementation of user-specific enhancements and on-site training at member organizations.

Responsibilities of Licensor. 2.1 Provide a proper and secure location for the System, to be agreed upon by both parties. 2.2 Supply electrical power for the System at Licensor’s sole expense. 2.3 Provide Licensee access to the Licensed Area and other Licensor facilities as needed to install, maintain, repair, or remove equipment, within one business day of request.
Responsibilities of Licensor. 4.1 Licensor shall use all reasonable efforts:  To make the Licensed Work (s) available by means of the World Wide Web to the Licensee throughout the Subscription Period;  To ensure that the Server has sufficient capacity and rate of connectivity to provide the Licensee with a quality of service consistent with current standards in the World Wide Web on-line information provision industry;  To restore access to the Licensed Work (s) as soon as possible in the event of an interruption or suspension of the service.
Responsibilities of Licensor. 5.1 Licensor shall provide the Licensee with a customer number necessary to enable the Licensee to set up and activate the Participating Member Institution’s online access to the Licensed Works. 5.2 If the Licensor is hosting the Licensed Works, the Licensor shall use all reasonable efforts: 5.2.1 to make the Licensed Works available by means of the World Wide Web to the Participating Member Institution throughout the Licensed Work Term for each Licensed Work, respectively; 5.2.2 to ensure that the Server has sufficient capacity and rate of connectivity to provide the Licensee with a quality of service consistent with current standards in the World Wide Web on-line information provision industry; and 5.2.3 to restore access to the Licensed Works as soon as possible in the event of an interruption or suspension of the service. 5.2.4 to use reasonable efforts to ensure that the online content represents accurate and timely replications of the corresponding content contained within the print versions of such Materials, while acknowledging that Licensor may not always be able to obtain rights to third party material contained within the print, and will endeavor to make substitutions that ensure the text remains relevant in the online version. 5.2.5 to use reasonable efforts to provide the Licensed Works with a quality of service consistent with industry standards, specifically to provide continuous service with a minimum of 96% up-time per subscription, with a maximum 4% down-time including schedule maintenance and repairs performed at a time to minimize inconvenience to the Participating Member Institutions and its Authorized Users and restore the service as soon as possible in the event of an interruption or suspension of service. For the avoidance of doubt, unexpected maintenance may occur and the Licensor endeavors to inform the Licensee in a timely manner in such circumstance. If the Licensed Works fail to operate in conformance with the terms of this Agreement, Licensee shall immediately notify Licensor, and Licensor shall promptly use reasonable efforts to restore access to the Licensed Works as soon as possible. In the event that Licensor fails to repair the nonconformity in a reasonable time, Licensor shall reimburse Licensee in an amount that the nonconformity is proportional to the total Fees owed by Licensee under this Agreement. 5.2.6 to provide Licensed Works in compliance with the Level AA criteria of the Web Content Accessibilities Guidelines (...
Responsibilities of Licensor. Licensor shall provide the Licensee with a customer number necessary to enable the Licensee to submit the Online Registration Materials. Licensor shall use all reasonable efforts: to make the Licensed Works available by means of the World Wide Web to the Licensee throughout the Subscription Period; to ensure that the Server has sufficient capacity and rate of connectivity to provide the Licensee with a quality of service comparable to current standards in the World Wide Web on-line information provision industry; to restore access to the Licensed Works as soon as possible in the event of an interruption or suspension of the service. Licensor agrees to make available to the Licensee a monthly usage report throughout the Subscription Period detailing the level of use of the Licensed Works by the Licensee's Authorised Users per month, but only to the extent such monthly usage reports are made available by the party hosting the Licensed Works on behalf of the Licensor. This report will not identify individual Authorised User usage, but will be provided in respect of the IP address range(s) given by the Licensee in the Online Registration Materials as a whole. The Licensor will not be able to provide accurate usage reports if the Licensee stores the Licensed Works on any cache or proxy server, or accesses the Licensed Works through an agent gateway
Responsibilities of LicensorLicensor will pay utilities necessary to operate the Licensed Areas. Licensor is under no obligation to maintain, repair and/or improve the Facility or the Licensed Areas for the benefit and use of Licensee.
