Responsibilities of Sponsor. The Sponsor agrees to provide space for Exhibitor to display its exhibit on the date of the Activity. Whenever possible, the Sponsor agrees to acknowledge Exhibitor’s support in announcement, syllabi, and slides in connection with the Activity. Responsibilities of Exhibitor Exhibitor shall not interfere with the presentation of the Activity. Exhibitor agrees that exhibit placement is not a condition of commercial support for the Activity. Except for the exhibit fee set forth below, Exhibitor agrees not to provide any other support for the Activity without prior approval of the Sponsor. Exhibitor shall not display or distribute promotional materials in the same space or place of the Activity immediately before, during or immediately after the Activity. Representatives of the Exhibitor may attend the Activity but shall not engage in sales or promotional activities in the same space or place of the Activity. Sponsor reserves the right to limit the number of representatives present at the Activity based upon the total expected attendance. Both parties agree to abide by all requirements of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education Standards for Commercial Support.
Responsibilities of Sponsor. 3.1 SPONSOR agrees to provide an orientation to the INTERN that includes instruction on specific rules, regulations, policies, procedures and ethical standards of professional practice within the internship site. Such orientation includes informing the INTERN of hazards associated with the environment and the use of materials, instruments, and machines and for providing the appropriate training.
Responsibilities of Sponsor. 6.1 SPONSOR agrees that it shall not interfere with ESCROW AGENT’S performance of its fiduciary duties and statutory obligations as set forth in GBL §§ 352-e(2-b) and 352-h and the New York State Department of Law’s regulations.
Responsibilities of Sponsor. A. The SPONSOR shall retain overall financial responsibility for the school nutrition program. The SPONSOR shall supervise and retain control of the FSMC’s daily operation of the food service described in this agreement; retain control of the quality, extent, and general nature of the food service operation; and establish all program and non-program meal and a la carte prices.
Responsibilities of Sponsor a. Sponsor will Pay UVA the fixed amount of $15,000 to perform the Project. Sponsor is not entitled to any refund of funds not spent if all Project Deliverables have been provided. Upon execution of this Agreement, UVA will issue an invoice to Sponsor for the total fixed amount.
