Law, Rules and Regulations. A. Lessee, its officers, agents, and employees shall faithfully observe and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances now existing or hereafter adopted relating to the use and occupancy of the Airport or Leased Premises including without limitation Chapter 1 of Title III of the Pueblo Municipal Code and rules affecting the operation of motor vehicles upon, to, and from the Airport. The Lessee, and all officers, agents, and employees of Xxxxxx, hereby agree to be bound by and subject to all police ordinances of the City of Pueblo at all times while on the Airport, whether acting in the course of Xxxxxx’s business or otherwise.

We understand that the Board does not encourage or endorse the ownership or operation of motor vehicles by international students. Neither the Board nor the District homestay parents will be held, in any way, responsible for any accidents or liabilities arising from owning and/or operating a motor vehicle. I understand that infractions of any of the above rules will result in my immediate dismissal from the International Program, without refund of any kind, and with notification to the Canadian Embassy of my dismissal. I also understand that a breach of any criminal law may result in criminal charges and penalties.
