Responsibility of the University. A. The University shall provide the basic academic preparation of the students through classroom instruction and laboratory practice, and will assign to the Facility only those students who have satisfactorily completed the prerequisite didactic portion of the curriculum. The University shall also provide each student with instruction in infection control and safety procedures applicable to their clinical practice and patient contact.
Responsibility of the University. The obligations of the University include: 7.1 The University shall have the responsibility, in consultation with the Publisher, for nominating and securing the services of a Director-in-Chief, who has the legal responsibility for the Journal. 7.2 The University shall support the Director- in-Chief and the Publisher in their responsibilities pursuant to this Agreement. 7.3 The University shall ensure that the Director-in-Chief, in consultation with the Publisher, nominates one or more Editors- in-Chief who have the scientific responsibility for the Journal. 7.4 The University shall ensure that at all times there is in place a Director-in-Chief with legal responsibility for the Journal or at least one active Editor-in-Chief. 7.5 The University shall use all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Journal publishes not fewer than 24 articles a year. Responsibility of the University. The University’s sole obligation under this agreement is to confirm the Recent Graduate’s status as having been a registered student of the University and recently graduated (in the last 12 months). The Recent Graduate and the Host acknowledge and agree that the University shall not be liable in any way for the acts, errors or omissions of the Recent Graduate or the Host during or with respect to the internship.  Termination In the event of gross misconduct on the part of the Recent Graudate or any breach of this agreement by the Recent Agreement which, if capable of remedy, is not remedied within five (5) business days of a written request to do so, the Host may terminate the internship upon written notice to each of the Recent Graduate.  The Recent Graduate may end the internship for whatever reason and without cause upon written notice to the Host. This agreement will automatically terminate on completion or earlier termination of the internship. Paragraph 6.3 above shall survive termination of this agreement.
