Restrictions on Uses. Each Cottage will be used only for the vacations of the travelling and vacationing public and other short term rentals and no Cottage may be used to carry out any other trade or business.
Restrictions on Uses. The license granted in this agreement is solely for the licensee and limited to licensee’s Projects. It does not permit licensee to: - Use, reproduce, adapt, modify, repackage, sell, or license any Library or Sounds other than in respect of a Project. (You must not act as a distributor of the Libraries or Sounds yourself.) - Distribute or perform reproductions of the Sounds where Sounds are not incorporated in and synchronized with at least one additional media element (music, voice, film, video, etc.). This restriction applies to but is not limited to ringtones, applications such as soundboards, toys, greeting cards, and hardware devices. - Use any Sounds or Library in the creation of a sound effects or sample library for distribution.
Restrictions on Uses. The license granted in this agreement is personal to you and limited to the project and therefore does not permit you to: • claim ownership or authorship of the sounds represented under this agreement; • license or sell the sounds contained herein to any other individual or party or to adapt, modify or repackage any sounds; • sell the recordings contained herein outright to any other individual or party. (although the recordings can be sold as part of your product/ production); • use the recordings for Machine Learning or any kind of AI training purposes.

No smoking is allowed inside any Cottage (including enclosed porch). Pets: No dangerous animals will be allowed in/on the Property. However, non-dangerous animals will be allowed in certain designated Cottages. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outdoors on the Property. An Occupant must clean-up his/her pet’s litter, if any. Occupancy: The number of Occupants in each Cottage is limited to the lesser of eight (8) individuals for a Cottage, the number permitted by law, or the number permitted by the Rules.
Restrictions on Uses. Tenant shall not use or occupy the Premises, or operate or permit the use or occupancy of the Premises, or permit the operation of any equipment or machinery on the Premises that could in any manner or for any purpose that might: (i) cause any structural damage to the Building, (ii) cause damage to any part of the Building, except to the extent reasonably necessary for the installation of trade fixtures, equipment, machinery, or the construction of alterations as permitted under this Lease or as approved in writing in advance by Landlord, (iii) impair or interfere with any of the systems of the Building, including without limitation, the Building's electrical, mechanical, vertical transportation, sprinkler, fire and life safety, structural, plumbing, security, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (collectively, the "BUILDING SYSTEMS"), (iv) overload or otherwise place an undue strain on the Building's electrical and mechanical systems, (v) damage, overload, or corrode the Building's sanitary sewer system, or (viii) result in the violation of any applicable law, statute, ordinance or other governmental rule, regulation or requirement now or hereafter in effect with regard to the Premises (the "APPLICABLE LAWS") including, without limitation, those with respect to hazardous or toxic materials, or the provisions of any applicable governmental permit or document related to the Premises. Tenant shall contain and dispose of all dust, fumes, or waste products generated by Tenant's use of the Premises so as to avoid unreasonable fire or health hazards, damage to the Premises, and any violation of all Applicable Laws. Tenant shall not commit any waste in or around the Premises and shall keep the Premises in a neat, clean, attractive and orderly condition, free of any nuisances.

Restrictions on Uses. (a) NBC shall not, as to any NBC Unit, and GE shall not, as to any GE Unit, use, or suffer or permit the use of, any Unit or any part thereof in any manner or for any purpose or do, bring or keep anything, or suffer or permit anything to be done, brought or kept, therein (including, but not limited to, the installation or operation of any electrical, electronic or other equipment) which in the reasonable judgment of the Board may in any way unreasonably impair or interfere with any of the Building Common Elements, or the proper and economical servicing of the Building Common Elements, or unreasonably impair or interfere with the use of any other Units or the Building Common Elements by, or occasion unreasonable discomfort, inconvenience or annoyance to, any of the other Occupants of the Condominium Buildings or the Center or impair the appearance of the Condominium Buildings. (b) Except in each case with the prior written consent of the Board, NBC will not use, or suffer or permit the use of, any NBC Unit or any part thereof, and GE will not use, or suffer or permit the use of, any GE Unit or any part thereof, for any of the following purposes: (i) manufacturing of any kind; (ii) the business of a railroad, an airline, barbering, hairdressing, manicuring or bootblacking; (iii) the business of a commercial bank, a savings bank, a savings and loan association, a building and loan association, a trust company or any other business which, under the banking laws of the United States of America or the State of New York, may be carried on only by persons, firms or corporations authorized so to do under the provisions of such laws; (iv) the business open to the general public of a dealer or broker in, or underwriter of, stocks, bonds or other securities of any kind whatsoever (except that the businesses referred to in the foregoing clauses (iii) and (iv) shall be permitted (A) in any NBC Unit or GE Unit located in the Tower Building if such business does not result in a pedestrian traffic flow materially in excess of that appropriate in a superior first-class office environment, and (B) in any NBC Xxxx located in the Studio Building and/or the RCA West Building if such business does not result in a pedestrian traffic flow (1) which is materially in excess of that prevailing in the elevator lobbies and adjacent areas of the building in question prior to the commencement of such business, and (2) which has a materially adverse impact on any pedestrian backlog in suc...

  • Restrictions on Use Tenant shall use the Premises and Landlord’s Equipment in a careful, safe and proper manner, shall not commit or suffer any waste on or about Landlord’s Property or with respect to Landlord’s Equipment, and shall not make any use of Landlord’s Property and/or Landlord’s Equipment which is prohibited by or contrary to any laws, rules, regulations, orders or requirements of public authorities, or which would cause a public or private nuisance. Tenant shall comply with and obey all laws, rules, regulations, orders and requirements of public authorities which in any way affect the use or operation of Landlord’s Equipment and the use, operation or occupancy of Landlord’s Property. Tenant, at its own expense, shall obtain any and all permits, approvals and licenses necessary for use of the Landlord’s Equipment and the Premises (copies of which shall be provided to the Landlord), provided that Landlord shall be responsible for obtaining a certificate of occupancy for the Building generally (i.e., as opposed to a certificate of occupancy for the Premises after the performance of any work by Tenant, which shall be Tenant’s responsibility) and any other permits, approvals and licenses necessary generally for the use of Landlord’s Equipment and Landlord’s Property. Tenant shall not overload the floors or other structural parts of the Building; and shall not commit or suffer any act or thing on Landlord’s Property which is illegal, unreasonably offensive, unreasonably dangerous, or which unreasonably disturbs other tenants. Tenant shall not knowingly do or permit to be done any act or thing on Landlord’s Property or with Landlord’s Equipment which will invalidate or be in conflict with any insurance policies, or which will increase the rate of any insurance, covering the Building. If, because of Tenant’s failure to comply with the provisions of this Section or due to any use of the Premises or activity of Tenant in or about Landlord’s Property, the Insurance Costs are increased, Tenant shall pay Landlord the amount of such increase caused by the failure of Tenant to comply with the provisions of this Section or by the nature of Tenant’s use of the Premises. Tenant shall cause any fire lanes in the front, sides and rear of the Building to be kept free of all parking associated with its business or occupancy and in compliance with all applicable regulations. Tenant shall conduct its business at all times so as not to annoy or be offensive to other tenants and occupants in Landlord’s Property. Tenant shall not permit the emission of any objectionable noise or odor from the Premises and shall at its own cost install such extra sound proofing or noise control systems and odor control systems, as may be needed to eliminate unreasonable noise, vibrations and odors, if any, emanating from the Premises being heard, felt or smelled outside the Premises. Tenant shall not place any file cabinets bookcases, partitions, shelves or other furnishings or equipment in a location which abuts or blocks any windows.

  • Restrictions on Resale The Awardee agrees not to sell any Shares at a time when Applicable Laws, Company policies, or an agreement between the Company and its underwriters prohibit a sale.
