Mandatory Review. To educate students on expectations for responsible use of the SBCUSD electronic network, students are required to review this Agreement each school year. Additionally, employees supervising students who use the SBCUSD electronic network shall provide training emphasizing its appropriate use. All District students shall acknowledge receipt and understanding of this Agreement and shall agree in writing to comply with the same. The parent/legal guardian of a student is also required to acknowledge receipt and understanding of this Agreement.
Mandatory Review. (a) The mandatory yearly reviews shall be carried out by the personnel committee of the employee's department. The appropriate chairperson and ▇▇▇▇ may also carry out reviews of their own.
(b) All mandatory reviews are to be completed as required by the ARPT guidelines calendar for the annual ARPT review process with the following exceptions:
(1) All first reappointment reviews must be completed and forwarded to the cognizant administrator by February 15 of the first year of the unit member's service;
(2) If necessary, the ▇▇▇▇ may request a review of any probationary unit member within forty-five (45) days.
(c) The employee subject to mandatory review hereunder may request the ▇▇▇▇ to carry out such review in the event that the department personnel committee fails to do so.
Mandatory Review. Each school year, each student and their parent, guardian, or legally responsible care provider must review the guidelines and disclosures contained in this agreement, as well as District Board Policy and Administrative Regulation 6163.4, found through ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. All activity on the Internet is being recorded and can be monitored. • Do not download files, run programs or install applications without consent from appropriate administrative staff. • Follow Copyright laws and Fair Use guidelines. • When uploading files or posting web sites, follow the district Web Publishing Procedures and Guidelines. • If you access an inappropriate web site, or observe others doing so, immediately notify appropriate administrative staff. • Users may not purposefully access materials that are abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, damaging to another’s reputation, or illegal. • Work created using District systems remains the property of BISD. • Imposes no tangible cost to t...
