Rights of Members to Representation. 1. Member Any grievant may represent themselves at all stages of the grievance procedure through Step Three, or may be represented by the Association. The grievant must be present at all sessions.

MEMBER AND ASSOCIATION REPRESENTATION Any aggrieved person may be represented at all stages of the grievance procedure by himself/herself, or, at his/her option, by a representative selected or approved by the Association.
