ROOM USAGE. The Union and its members shall have the right to use school building rooms for meeting purposes at all reasonable hours as other community groups, using the same requisition forms and procedures as other community groups. No Employee shall be prevented from wearing insignia, pins, or other identification of membership in the Union, either on or off school premises.
ROOM USAGE a) The JLN Facility is a non-smoking facility.
b) The JLN does not allow animals on site with the exception of animals assisting the disabled.
c) At any time, JLN members or staff may enter any of the premises while they are being used by the renting organization.
d) Emergency exits should remain clear at all times. Groups are expected to cooperate with (JLN) staff efforts to maintain security of the buildings and grounds and to provide for the safety of all persons visiting the JLN Facility.
ROOM USAGE. During the term of the Contract the premises described in the Housing Assignment set forth herein shall be used by the Student solely for residential purposes consistent with the Housing Handbook and all other rules and regulations of the University; no other uses shall be permitted.
ROOM USAGE. Specially equipped rooms such as shops, home economics rooms, typing rooms, science labs, etc., shall be used for the purposes for which they were designed and equipped except where no other facilities are available.

C. At any time, JLR members or staff may enter any of the premises while they are in use by the organization or company.

E. If using whiteboards, the undersigned or group must use “Walltalkers” dry erase markers located in the room.
ROOM USAGE. During the term of the Agreement the premises described in the Housing Agreement set forth herein shall be used by the Student solely for residential purposes consistent with the Guidelines and all other rules and regulations of KCC; no other uses shall be permitted.
ROOM USAGE. Any and all requests for use of the conference rooms should be directed to the MSU CREC Office Associate 000-000-0000. The Office Associate will be responsible for booking and confirming the conference rooms at the request of the organization. If a faculty member wishes to reserve a room for a meeting or event, or another group other than MSU, he/she will need to coordinate with the Office Associate. This means you are responsible for that group and getting the building locked up etc. The organization may not assign, transfer or sublet this contract. Reservations may be booked up to six (6) months in advance. Scheduling of multiple rooms for a single event requires special approval by the Center Head. All reservations must be confirmed two weeks before the event.
ROOM USAGE. During the term of the Contract the premises described in the Housing Assignment set forth herein shall be used by the Student solely for residential purposes consistent with the Student Handbook and all other rules and regulations of the College; no other uses shall be permitted. College Housing is not available during scheduled breaks (i.e., Christmas Break, Spring Break, Summer Break) when the campus is closed per the current Academic calendar unless the Student has requested break housing by the designated deadline prior to each break period and has been granted permission in writing from the Student Development office to remain on campus in College Housing. The College reserves the right to deny any Student permission to remain in College Housing during breaks. The College may require a Student to relocate to a temporary room assignment during a college break. If a Student is granted permission to remain on campus in College Housing during a break period, they must comply with College policies and all rules established by the College for such break periods or the privilege of staying on campus during break periods may be revoked. For students who have been given permission to remain on campus during breaks, the College reserves the right to charge daily or monthly rates as determined by the Student Development office or Student Billing.
ROOM USAGE. Residents assigned suite and room shall be occupied exclusively by the resident(s) and assigned roommates/suitemates. Co-habitation by any other person is not permitted. Resident shall not use the suite or room, or any other part of the residence hall, for any commercial business and resident may not assign, sublease, or otherwise transfer his/her right of occupancy in whole or in part. Resident may not change rooms without permission from the Residence Life Office. Failure to obtain permission will result in a $100 fine and will be referred to the Office of Student Advocacy and Accountability. Damages: Residents are responsible for any damages to their rooms/suites and any Association or College property within the rooms/suites. Any damages in the resident’s room/suite that cannot be attributed to an individual resident will be considered the joint responsibility of the occupants of the room/suite. Damage in public areas of the residence hall will be assessed to all residence hall residents at the discretion of the Residence Life Office. Residents are personally responsible for any damages caused by the acts of their guests. Student Conduct and Parent or Guardian Notification: Residents must comply with the College’s Student Code of Conduct, Residence Hall Handbook, this License Agreement and all federal, state or municipal laws, codes and rules. In the event a resident violates any of the aforementioned, the Association has an absolute right to terminate this License Agreement in accordance with the procedures set forth in the College Code of Conduct and/or the Residence Hall Handbook or Policy Manual (as applicable). The Office of Student Advocacy and Accountability will notify parent(s)/guardians when any resident under the age of 21 is found responsible for violating the College’s drug or alcohol policies.
ROOM USAGE. 1. Three hours maximum, two hours on Sunday. Reservations must be made in advance.
