SCHEDULE AND REPORTING. The initial Agreement term is for three years and seven months (October 2011 – May 2015) or until completion of identified tasks including the conclusion of energy savings dockets for the identified program years. The start date is adjusted by when contract execution takes place. This schedule allows for completing the evaluation activities for each program year report and a 3-year report. SCHEDULE AND REPORTING. A proposed schedule for the test work is given in the proposal, showing the different phases of BIOX(R) inoculum build-up and continuous operation as well as the corresponding time frames for cyanidation, neutralisation and other test work. The schedule also indicates the time required for performing and reporting L/S, neutralisation and viscosity tests. All results and reports will be sent to the Project Leader within the specified period. Scheduling of additional test work will be done by the Project Leader in conjunction with SGS Lakefield Research to suit both parties. The test work must, however, be completed within the period indicated on the schedule. A final report will be compiled by the Project Leader and the Project Metallurgist incorporating all the results from the pilot plant test work and additional test work. The report will also give the process implications of the results from the test work in a form suitable to be used for the design of a commercial BIOX(R) plant.
SCHEDULE AND REPORTING. DAILY: The District and Department agree that assigned SROs shall be available and present at the school(s) whenever school is in session, and may report first to the police department and then deploy to their assigned schools. This may change as needed.

The report will include, at a minimum: • A summary of field investigation methods. • Updated figures indicating boring locations. • Borings logs with lithologic and soil/groundwater environmental sample collection data. • A discussion of deviations from this SAP. • Laboratory analytical reports and tables summarizing all analytical data. The tables will also include, for comparison purposes, the following screening values: o DEQ risk-based concentrations (RBCs, DEQ 2018), including those for total PCBs, and benzo(a)pyrene toxic equivalent (TEQ);

OVERTIME: No overtime will be paid for SRO time or other events where SRO/police coverage is deemed necessary. SPECIAL EVENTS: SROs may frequently be expected to attend special events at the school or at other venues required by the school. SROs are expected to attend events as requested by the District when given advance notification. The SRO may solicit other police officers to attend the event in their place, typically from personnel in the Investigative Division or PatrolServices Unit (ISU) section of DEPARTMENT.

  • Accounting and Reporting I. The Agent shall establish separate accounts for the trust assets, the assets obtained as a result of managing and utilizing the trust assets, its own assets, and other trust assets.

  • Recordkeeping and Reporting The Subadvisor shall maintain the records and information required by Rule 31a-1 under the 1940 Act described in Schedule B attached hereto, with respect to the Assets of the Series. In addition, the Subadvisor shall maintain such other records relating to the services the Subadvisor provides under this Agreement as may be required in the future by applicable SEC and other applicable rules, and shall retain such information for such times and in such manner as required by applicable rules, including but not limited to Rule 31a-2 under the 1940 Act. The records maintained by the Subadvisor hereunder shall be the property of the Fund and shall be surrendered promptly upon request; subject, however, to the Subadvisor's right to retain all such records as the Subadvisor is required to maintain under the Advisers Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder; provided, further, that the Fund shall be entitled to make and maintain copies of any records so retained by request.

  • Monitoring and Reporting 3.1 The Contractor shall provide workforce monitoring data as detailed in paragraph 3.2 of this Schedule 8. A template for data collected in paragraphs 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 will be provided by the Authority. Completed templates for the Contractor and each Sub-contractor will be submitted by the Contractor with the Diversity and Equality Delivery Plan within six (6) Months of the Commencement Date and annually thereafter. Contractors are required to provide workforce monitoring data for the workforce involved in delivery of the Contract. Data relating to the wider Contractor workforce and wider Sub-contractors workforce would however be well received by the Authority. Contractors and any Sub-contractors are required to submit percentage figures only in response to paragraphs 3.2(a), 3.2(b) and 3.2(c).
