Scheduling of Regular Part-Time Employees. Regular part-time employees and Casual employees who want to work additional shifts shall submit their availability to the Employer. It is the responsibility of the employees to submit their availability and keep their availability up to date. Regular part-time employees shall be called for available relief work in order of their seniority. Part-time employees may register for relief work in more than one department where they meet the qualifications for the classification. Relief work shall be offered to employees by seniority in the following sequential order:

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.
