Section 10.10.2. 14 Affected employees placed on the reemployment list will be called on a rotation basis to substitute in 15 any position for which they are qualified.

Section 10.10.2. 35 The District shall notify any and all employees on the re-employment list of reestablished or 36 additional classified positions within a reasonable amount of time prior to the award of such 37 positions. Notification shall include the job description(s) and effective employment date.
Section 10.10.2. 47 The employee who is on leave may return to work, provided a vacancy exists for which the 48 employee is qualified. If an employee rejects an offer by the District for reemployment upon 1 return from leave, said employee shall forfeit seniority and all other accrued benefits; provided 2 that said position is substantially equal to that held by the employee prior to going on leave 3 status. Substantially equal shall be within two (2) hours per day at the same rate, or the same 4 hours within ten percent (10%) of the hourly rate.
Section 10.10.2. 12 The employee will retain accrued sick leave, vested vacation rights, and seniority rights while 13 on leave of absence. However, vacation credits and sick leave shall not accrue while the 14 employee is on leave of absence.
Section 10.10.2. 44 Employees offered reemployment shall be notified in writing by certified mail. Such employee 45 shall have ten (10) calendar days to respond to the offer. If the employee fails to respond within 46 the timeframe they will forfeit employment rights.
Section 10.10.2. 40 Employees on layoff status shall file their addresses in writing with the personnel office of the 41 District and shall thereafter promptly advise the District in writing of any change of address.
