Other Leaves of Absences. The Hospital will offer other available leaves of absence to eligible employees in accordance with Hospital policies.
Other Leaves of Absences. 1. The Board may grant other leaves of absences without pay.
2. A non-tenured teacher who has exhausted all contractually provided leaves of absences and who has exhausted any applicable leaves of absences granted by Maryland or federal law shall not be granted an additional leave of absence.

Other Leaves of Absences. Employees may be eligible for other leaves of absences under the following Acts
a. Blood or Blood Platelet Donor Leave Act: Employees, who have been employed for six months or more, may be granted paid leave time for the purpose of donating blood or blood platelets as provided under the State of Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 327- Organ Donor Leave Act.
b. Bone Marrow and Organ Donation Leave Act: Employees, who have been employed for six months or more, may be granted paid leave time for the purpose of donating bone marrow or organ(s) as provided for under the State of Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 327- Organ Donor Leave Act.
c. Civil Air Patrol Leave Act: Eligible employees who are members of the of the United States Air Force civilian auxiliary (Civil Air Patrol) and who are performing a Civil Air Patrol mission are eligible for unpaid leave of absence to perform a Civil Air Patrol mission as provided under the State of Illinois Compiled Statues 5 ILCS 820-148 Civil Air Patrol Leave Act.

Other Leaves of Absences. Other extended leaves of absence without pay may be granted by the Board on the recommendation of the Superintendent. All benefits, including unused accumulated sick leave, will be restored to the employee upon their return.
Other Leaves of Absences. An employee returning within sixty (60) days shall be offered the next available opening in his/her classification. On returns of more than sixty (60) days, he/she shall be offered the next available opening in his/her classification or, if he/she prefers, the next available opening in another classification for which he/she is qualified.

Other leaves of absences will be granted according to California and Federal law and employees should work with their HR Representative and Leaves Administrative Office for eligibility, criteria, length of leave available, pay eligibility, and the process for requesting the following types of leaves, in addition to any other leaves laws that are passed during the term of this agreement: • Family related leaves due to serious health condition under California Family Rights Act Leave • Pregnancy Disability Leave and related conditions • Volunteer Firefighter/peace officer/emergency rescue personnel Leave • Civil Air Patrol Leave • Organ Donor and/or Bone Marrow Leave • Military Reserve Leave • Military Long-Term Active Duty Leave • Military Family Leave • Victims of Serious Crimes/Domestic Violence/Sexual Assaults/Stalking Leave *14.08 Employees will continue to accrue seniority while on such leaves as described in this article.
Other Leaves of Absences. When a teacher’s absence exceeds his/her sick leave and personal leave accumulations combined, the Board shall then determine what compensation, if any he/she shall receive in accordance with provisions of Oklahoma law. Provisions for military leave, jury duty and other leave shall comply with Oklahoma State Law.
