Sick Leave on Termination. Each Deck Officer’s sick leave credits are cancelled automatically upon the Deck Officer’s termination of service. Terminated Deck Officers do not receive sick leave credit for the month in which they terminate, unless they work at least eighty-four (84) hours in the month.
