Software and Documentation License. The Software is licensed and not sold under this Agreement. Your license to use the Software is conditional upon payment of the applicable license fees, if any. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, this Agreement grants You a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license that permits You and Your Authorised Users, collectively: (a) if the Software is BlackBerry Server Software: (i) to install and use up to the number of copies (including virtual copies) of the Software for which license fees have been paid to RIM or RIM's authorised distributor (and if no fees for the Software are payable to RIM or RIM's authorised distributor, then to install and use up to the number of copies otherwise authorised in writing by RIM or its authorised distributor); and (ii) to enable up to the number of Handheld Products or personal computers, as applicable, for which fees have been paid to RIM or RIM's authorised distributor (e.g. number of client access licenses ("CALs") purchased for BlackBerry Enterprise Software) to access the Software (and if no fees are payable to RIM or RIM's authorised distributor to enable Handheld Products to access the Software, then to enable up to the number of Handheld Products or personal computers otherwise authorised in writing by RIM or its authorised distributor); and (b) if the Software is BlackBerry Handheld Software or BlackBerry PC Software and: (i) is pre-installed on hardware, then, to use the single copy of that Software installed on the hardware; or (ii) is not pre-installed on hardware, then, to install and use the Software on the number of units of the applicable hardware corresponding to the license fees for the Software paid to RIM or RIM's authorised distributor (and if no fees are payable to RIM or RIM's authorised distributor for the Software, then to install and use up to the number of copies otherwise authorised in writing by RIM or its authorised distributor). If You are acquiring the Software (and any associated CALs) on a subscription basis or as part of a free trial, then the license rights set out above apply only for the time period for which you have paid the requisite subscription fees or for the time period authorised by RIM or its authorised distributor, as the case may be. Software and Documentation License. Delete Section 23B and replace with: License Grant: Seller grants to Buyer a non-transferable, non-exclusive, license to make use of any Software delivered to Buyer. Buyer may make a reasonable number of archived copies of Software for back-up purposes. Buyer may copy the Documentation or portions thereof, for internal use purposes. Buyer may not reverse engineer the Software. Add the following to the end of Section 23C: Notwithstanding the foregoing, Software shall not include any stand alone, commercially available third party software that Seller includes with an Item and which is necessary for its operation.

This license does not imply any rights to future upgrades or updates of the Software or the ability to access applications other than those originally residing on the Handheld Product, or to acquire any new or modified Services. Your IT department, if You have one, may configure the BlackBerry Solution to preclude the transmission of certain additions or modifications to the Software, Third Party Software or Services. If Your IT department does not preclude such transmissions, RIM may make such additions or modifications available to You from time-to-time. If RIM, either directly or through a distributor (including Your Airtime Service Provider) makes any additions or modifications to the Software or Services available to You, such additions or modifications (including any additions or modifications to Handheld Software that You have wirelessly provisioned), or shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement or if this Software or Service(s) are expressly provided to You under other terms and conditions, then under those other terms and conditions (which may include the payment of additional fees). If any Third Party Software is made available, the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement regarding Third Party Software shall apply in addition to any separate license agreement for those products. Software and Documentation License. Subject to the payment of any applicable annual license fee(s), whether stated separately or included in the purchase price of another product, and to Licensee’s acceptance of all of the obligations set forth herein and to the fulfillment of those obligations, Licensor or, if applicable, its licensor or supplier, hereby grants to Licensee a paid-up, nonexclusive and nontransferable (except as expressly provided in this Schedule) limited license to use the Software provided by Licensor under the Agreement solely for Licensee’s own use on the Designated Unit and to use the Documentation in support of Licensee’s authorized use of the Software, for the purpose of operating the Designated Unit in accordance with the instructions set forth in the user’s manual supplied with the Designated Unit and for no other purpose whatsoever. A separate license is required for each Designated Unit on which the Software is to be used. Licensee may obtain from Licensor one copy of the Software licensed hereunder for backup and archival purposes only as is necessary to support Licensee’s own authorized use of the Software, provided that Licensee includes on or in all copies (in any form) all copyright, trade secret or other proprietary notices contained on or in the Software as provided by Licensor. Additional copies of the Documentation may be licensed from Licensor at its then applicable charges. Licensee may make the Software and Documentation (including any copies) available only to its employees and other persons on Licensee’s premises to whom such disclosure is necessary to enable Licensee to use the Software or Documentation within the scope of the license provided in this Schedule. If the Software is supplied to any unit or agency of the United States Government other than the Department of Defense, the Software and Documentation are classified as “restricted computer software’’ and the Government’s rights in the Software and Documentation shall be as provided in paragraph (c) (2) of the Commercial Computer Software-Restricted Rights clause in FAR 52.227-19 and any successor laws, rules or regulations thereto. If the Software is supplied to the United States Department of Defense, the Software is classified as “commercial computer software” and the Government is furnished the Software and Documentation with “restricted rights” as defined in paragraph (c) (1) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause in DFARS 252.227-7013 and any successor laws, rules ...

The Swyft Mobile for Salesforce licenses are an organization level entitlement, not a per user entitlement. A single user is entitled to use the software on multiple mobile devices.
