Interprets, reviews and administers policy guidelines on Parliamentary Electorate Offices and makes recommendations relating to MPs' requests and reviews guidelines including the PEO Handbook. Prepares policy advice and comments on MPs' requests for consideration by the Director General and Premier. Researches, reviews and advises the Manager and Director, Executive Services on entitlements and related policies. Supervises, coaches and provides guidance and direction to the Project Officer and other staff in relation to Parliamentary Electorate Officers human resource issues, offices and other entitlements matters. Summary of Duties. When processing personal data, the Supplier is obliged to:
a) to process personal data exclusively on the basis of the Client's documented instructions; for the avoidance of doubt, the processing of personal data in accordance with the Contractor's obligations agreed under the Agreement, the Terms and the SLA shall be deemed to be carried out in accordance with the Client's instructions; instructions for the processing of personal data are also considered to be instructions made through tools designed to handle the Client's requests, any interface provided during the provision of Services or other communication channels used by the Client and the Contractor in the provision of Services;
b) to follow the Client's instructions regarding the transfer of personal data to a third country or an international organization, unless such processing is already imposed by the law of the European Union or a member state to which the Contractor is subject; in such a case, the Contractor shall inform the Client of this legal requirement prior to processing, unless such legal regulations prohibit such information for important reasons of public interest;
c) ensure that persons authorised to process personal data have undertaken a confidentiality undertaking or are subject to a legal obligation of confidentiality;
d) taking into account the nature of the processing, to assist the Client by means of appropriate technical and organizational measures, if possible, to meet the Client's obligation to respond to requests for the exercise of the rights of data subjects;
e) in ensuring compliance with the Client's obligations to assist the Client (i) to ensure the level of security of processing, (ii) to report personal data breaches to the Office for Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, to data subjects, (iii) to assess the impact on personal data protection and (iv) to carry out prior consultations with the Office for Personal Data Protection, taking into account the nature of the processing and personal data, available to the Supplier;

The Deputy Town Clerk by the Town Charter and under RIGL Section 45-7-2 shall have all the powers and perform all the duties which are incumbent on the Town Clerk, being so qualified by taking the oath of office. Summary of Duties. The Executive Director shall operate as the Chief Executive Officer of the retirement system subject to direction of the retirement board. The Executive Director shall be responsible for the management of the day-to- day operations, including but not limited to the oversight of the financial operations of the retirement system, the investment of retirement system assets, the administration of retirement benefits, the procurement of supplies and services, and the supervision of employees, consultants and vendors. The Executive Director shall be responsible for insuring that the retirement system operates pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Chapter 32, and the Rules and Regulations promulgated by the Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission (PERAC) and the policies established by the retirement board. The Executive Director is responsible for insuring the performance of all functions necessary to the successful operation of the retirement system and the retirement board may amend, adjust or assign other duties from time to time that they may deem necessary. The Executive Director shall directly manage the retirement system’s investment advisors, actuary, legal counsel and other professionals employed by the retirement system. The Executive Director shall directly manage employees of the retirement system as described herein and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and policies. The Executive Director shall be physically present at the retirement system offices as necessary to effectively perform these duties, unless the retirement board shall otherwise approve, or to the extent that the Executive Director shall find it necessary to attend meetings, conferences or other professional events. The Executive Director shall keep current by reading professional reports, communicating with professional associations, and attending such courses, institutes and seminars as may be necessary or appropriate for his professional development, subject to approval of the retirement board.
