Superintendent o f Mal and Construction, or designate, w i l l review the submission, hold a meeting with the Business Agent of the Union and the Board and within five working days after receipt o f such submission, render a decision. Ste p Failing satisfactory settlement (5) working days after the dispute i s reviewed under Step the Manager o f the Council shall, within seven ( 7 ) working days, name three representatives t o meet with three senior o f the Board. Committee w i l l be comprised o f persons who have not been involved i n any o f the preceding steps of the grievance procedure pertaining t o the grievance i n question. The Committee shall meet within fourteen (14) working days o f i t s appointment, or such longer period as may be mutually agreed upon by the Committee members, t o consider the grievance referred t o it. This Committee so appointed shall endeavor to reach a mutually satisfactory settlement. A unanimous decision of the Committee shall be final and binding on both parties. If the grievance is not settled at Step then within five (5) working days after the decision is given in Step the who may request the assistance of a Xxxxxxx, shall submit the grievance, in writing, with as much detail as possible to the Administrator of the Home or the Ad mi rator's des representat (col the A meeting will then be held within ten (1 0) working days with the Administrator. At such a meeting, the Administrator may have such counsel and assistance as he or she may desire, and the may have a Xxxxxxx present. The Union Representative may also be present at the request of the Xxxxxxx or the Administrator. The decision of the Administrator shall be given in writing within ten (1 0) working days following the meeting. Step If the grievance is not settled at Step then within working days after the decision is given at Step the grievance may be referred, in writing, to both the designated representatives of the Bankruptcy Trustee and the Operator who will consult and respond within ten (1 0) working days of the grievance being so referred or hold a meeting with the Union Representative, Xxxxxxx and or Grievance Committee and then respond, in writing, within ten (10) working days of such meeting. Ste p. The Chief Xxxxxxx and the Zone Xxxxxxx after presenting the grievance in writing shall meet with the employee's immediate supervisor and manager in an attempt to resolve the difference. If the matter is not settled within (2) working days of the answer at Step within any longer period of time which may be mutually agreed upon at the time, then Step may be invoked. STEP The grievance committee will meet with the representatives of the Company designated for this purpose, within five (5) working days of the answer in Step At this meeting an International Representative of the Union and/or counsel for the Company may participate if requested to do so by either party. If the grievance is settled within five (5) working days, or within Page any longer period of time which may be mutually agreed upon at the time, then at the request of either party the grievance may he referred to arbitration provided such request is made within ten working days.

The Superintendent of Plant operations shall hold a meeting the Grievance Committee within s i x (6) working days a f t e r receipt of such notice and shall render s i on.

The Comptroller o f Buildings and Plant shall hold a meeting w i t h the Grievance Committee w i t h i n f i f t e e n (15) working days a f t e r receipt of such notice and shall render decision i n w r i t i n g a t t h a t time. Ste p. Within five ( 5 ) days following the decision in the preceding step, the grievance shall be submitted in writing to the Chief Executive Officer of the Hospital or the designated Hospital representative. A meeting will then be held between the Chief Executive Officer or the designated Hospital representative and the designated union representatives who may be accompanied by the general representative of the Union., five (5) days of the submission of the grievance at Step unless extended by mutual agreement of the parties. The decision of the Hospital be delivered in writing within ten (10) days following the date of such meeting.
