STUDENT ASSISTANCE GROUP & NURSING GROUP. ‌ • COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT BOARD LIAISON, STUDENT & DISTRICT DIVERSION LIAISION, TRUANCY LIAISON, STUDENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST, CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY PROFESSIONAL, DRUG AND ALCOHOL SPECIALIST, FAMILY SUPPORT SPECIALIST, HOMELESS COMMUNITY SPECIALIST, SCHOOL COMMUNITY SPECIALIST & FACILITATION SPECIALISTS, SCHOOL ACADEMIC SUPPORT SPECIALIST, STEM CAREER & COLLEGE SPECIALIST, FAMILY MENTAL HEALTH THEREAPIST, PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT, ELD PROGRAM SPECIALIST, GEAR UP PROGRAM LIAISON, HOMELESS PROGRAM LIASION, BOARD CERTIFICATED BEHAVIOR ANALYST-CLASSIFIED • REGISTERED NURSE CLASSIFIED, LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE Section 1 Work Year, Work Hours and Working Regulations‌ A. The length of the work year and workday shall be in accordance with the hours and days defined by the positions description terms of employment. Changes to the length of the workday shall be in accordance with the applicable provisions of this agreement. Anticipated changes shall be shared with the employee in the Spring preceding the upcoming school year when possible. Changes in the work year will be brought to Leadership Team and/or Labor Management. B. No employee will be required to report to work earlier than 7:00 a.m. or stay beyond 5:00 p.m. unless grant funding requires a change to these work hours. Such changes shall be discussed with the Association prior to the implementation of working hours other than what is stated above. 1. Specific reporting hours will be coordinated with the program supervisor and building administrator. 2. This time may be flexed with the agreement of the employee and the supervisor to attend meetings, teach classes, or other mutually agreed-upon activities. C. In the event the District delays the start of school by one or more hours due to weather, employees have the option of using Emergency leave in order to travel to work when the roads have improved. In the event there is a unique situation that will result in employee’s arrival to work being delayed by thirty (30) minutes or less from their normally scheduled start time, the employee will contact the supervisor with their estimated arrival time information and the time will not be deducted from emergency leave. D. If employees are to be on duty during student lunch periods, they will not be required to supervise student discipline except when an emergency exists. Employees shall not be required to staff lunch detention.

  • Payments for Distribution Assistance and Administrative Support Services (a) Payments to the Distributor. In consideration of the payments made by the Fund to the Distributor under this Plan, the Distributor shall provide administrative support services and distribution services to the Fund. Such services include distribution assistance and administrative support services rendered in connection with Shares (1) sold in purchase transactions, (2) issued in exchange for shares of another investment company for which the Distributor serves as distributor or sub-distributor, or (3) issued pursuant to a plan of reorganization to which the Fund is a party. If the Board believes that the Distributor may not be rendering appropriate distribution assistance or administrative support services in connection with the sale of Shares, then the Distributor, at the request of the Board, shall provide the Board with a written report or other information to verify that the Distributor is providing appropriate services in this regard. For such services, the Fund will make the following payments to the Distributor:

  • Dependent Care Assistance Program The County offers the option of enrolling in a Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The program allows employees to set aside up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) of annual salary (before taxes) per calendar year to pay for eligible dependent care (child and elder care) expenses. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Section 1. The Employer agrees to provide to the Union the statistical and program evaluation information provided to management concerning Employee Assistance Program(s). Section 2. No information gathered by an Employee Assistance Program may be used to discipline an employee. Section 3. Employees shall be entitled to use accrued sick leave for participation in an Employee Assistance Program. Section 4. Each university will offer training to local Union Stewards on the Employee Assistance Program available in their university, on university time, where an Employee Assistance Program is available.

  • Directory Assistance Service 8.3.1 Directory Assistance Service provides local end user telephone number listings with the option to complete the call at the caller's direction separate and distinct from local switching.

  • Private Duty Nursing Services This plan covers private duty nursing services, received in your home when ordered by a physician, and performed by a certified home healthcare agency. This plan covers these services when the patient requires continuous skilled nursing observation and intervention.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services (CMBHS) System 1. request access to CMBHS via the CMBHS Helpline at (000) 000-0000. 2. use the CMBHS time frames specified by System Agency. 3. use System Agency-specified functionality of the CMBHS in its entirety. 4. submit all bills and reports to System Agency through the CMBHS, unless otherwise instructed.

  • Employee Assistance Plan The District will provide an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) which allows each employee to refer themselves confidentially to the EAP provider. To protect confidentiality, any data which the provider transmits to the District shall be summary only. The Employee Assistance Plan will include individual and/or family counseling.
