Suspension Grievance. A claim by an employee that has been unjustly suspended shall be treated as a grievance at Step 2, provided that a written statement of such grievance is lodged by the employee, with the Employer, no later than nine (9) calendar days after the date that the suspension was imposed.
Suspension Grievance. A written grievance relating to a discharge or suspension must be filed with the Manager within five (5) working days after the discharge or suspension. If such a grievance is not settled within five (5) working days after it has been filed then it may, within that period of five (5) working days, be referred to arbitration as outlined herein.
