SUSTENANCE. 30.1 The Department will provide for food sustenance to personnel who, as a result of working for an extended period of time at an emergency incident or due to high call volume, were unable to obtain sustenance at prescribed times.
30.2 For fire suppression employees, the Department will either provide necessary food and beverages or reimburse employees for the cost of meals for employees required to be on extended duty, under the following conditions:
a. When personnel are on any emergency(ies) or medical transfer(s) and out of the station for a substantial period of time prior to the hours of 1430 hours at lunch time, and 1930 hours at dinner time.
b. When personnel are on any emergency(ies) or medical transfer(s) for more than three (3) contiguous hours between the hours of 2200 and 0700 hours (no more than one [1] meal will be provided per night);
c. Employees who are assigned by a supervisor, after reporting to work, to a location other than a fire station or other Department facility, during the hours specified above;
d. When off-duty personnel are recalled for greater alarms of fire or other emergencies for four (4) hours or more between the hours of 2200 and 0800 hours; or,
e. At any other time the Captain feels the supplying of food is warranted, subject to a Chief Officer's approval.
30.3 The Department will reimburse employees for meals in an amount not to exceed the federal reimbursement schedule. A receipt must be submitted no later than three (3) shifts after purchase and must be signed by the person seeking reimbursement. The names of personnel for whom the meals were furnished, the date and the time, the place and location (city) where the meal was purchased, the unit number; and, the reason for the meal must be provided along with the receipt.
SUSTENANCE. It is expected where jobs are greater than 5 hours your videographer and or photographer is provided with a hot meal and drink
SUSTENANCE. 25.3.1 All allowances shown in Table 2 of Schedule A include a provision for the preparation or provision of sustenance by the employee to have while working during on call and overtime.
SUSTENANCE. 47.1. Pilots who operate or position in a Virgin Australia aircraft at a time that touches the following time periods will be provided with access to adequate sustenance and beverages:
47.2. All times are referenced by scheduled departure time of the flight concerned in port local time.
47.3. Pilots who are Rostered at Roster Publish to operate or position in a Virgin Australia aircraft at a time that touches the dinner meal window, or who are Rostered at Roster Publish to operate or position in a Virgin Australia aircraft on any international Sector will be provided with a business class meal.
47.4. Pilots will also have access to adequate sustenance and beverages for flights with a scheduled Flight Time of more than three (3) hours and/or where a flight is scheduled to depart between 2300 and 0300.
47.5. For the purposes of the above, Pilots can request items without charge from the cart/ galley if there are insufficient crew meals left on a particular flight.
SUSTENANCE.
23.01 Employees required to be away from their designated headquarters will be reimbursed according to a Company schedule or ‘actual and reasonable’ expenses with receipts.
(i) Employees who are required to remain at work for more than one (1) hour beyond their regular working hours shall have supplied to them an appropriate meal immediately and an additional meal every four (4) hours thereafter.
(ii) Employees who are required, on a normal day of rest, to be at work for more than nine (9) consecutive hours of overtime, shall be supplied with a meal at the completion of the nine (9) hours and an additional meal every four (4) hours thereafter.

26.2 The District will either provide necessary food and beverages or reimburse employees for the cost of meals for employees required to be on extended duty under the following conditions:
a. When personnel are on any emergency (ies) or medical transfer(s) and necessarily out of the station after 1330 hours at lunch time and/or after 1930 hours at dinner time with the permission of the on duty Division Chief, Duty Officer, or On-Call Administrator. Once a meal is authorized by a Chief Officer under the provision of this section, it shall not be denied for reimbursement.
b. When personnel are on any emergency(ies) or medical transfer(s) for more than three (3) hours between the hours of 2200 and 0700 hours (no more than one [1] meal will be provided per night);
c. Shift employees who are assigned by a supervisor, after reporting to work, to a location other than a fire station or other District facility during the hours specified above in subparagraph (a).
d. When on a medical transfer more than 50 miles from the main station.
26.3 The District will reimburse employees for meals in an amount not to exceed the federal reimbursement schedule including gratuity. A receipt must be submitted no later than three (3) shifts after purchase and must be signed by the person seeking reimbursement. The names of personnel for whom the meals were furnished; the date and the time; the place and location where the meal was purchased; the unit number; and the reason for the meal must be provided along with the receipt.

SUSTENANCE. When employees are attending an emergency incident and required to work in excess of 4 hours, and that time occurs over what would normally be considered a meal time, the Employer will make provisions for supplying sustenance to the employee to a maximum of $10.00 in value for each employee present at the event. Payment in lieu of sustenance will not be provided.
