Term and Effect. This Contract with the exception of those provisions which specifically go into effect or expire by their terms on such other dates shall be effective as of August 1, 2019 and shall continue in effect through June 30th 2020.

This MOU may be reopened at the request of either party for benefits and/or working conditions/ language by April 15, 2017, for fiscal year 2017/2018. This MOU may be reopened at the request of either party for benefits or working conditions/language between September 15 and November 15 prior to the following fiscal year for fiscal year 2019/2020 and 2020/2021. Should parties fail to reach consensus on any issue, language found in the current MOU will remain intact.
Term and Effect. 3.1 This Addendum will become effective starting on the date on which the Addendum of the Contract of Debt with the Republic, dated October , 2004 becomes effective.

This MOU may be reopened at the request of either party for benefits or working conditions/language between September 15 and November 15 prior to the following fiscal year for fiscal year 2024/2025 and 2025/2026. Should parties fail to reach consensus on any issue, language found in the current MOU will remain intact. The City will study the effects of the salary range adjustments prior to the expiration of this MOU. Should any part hereof or any provisions herein be declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidation of such part or portion of this Agreement shall not invalidate the remaining portions hereof and the remaining portions hereof shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of the Agreement. With approval of the City Council, IN WITNESS HEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this MOU this 27th day of May, 2021.
