Testing of Applicants. The Employer reserves the right to test applicants for employment for drug and/or alcohol use. The Employer also reserves the right to test employees for drug and/or alcohol use when the Employer has a reasonable suspicion that the employee is under the influence of drugs or alcohol during work time.‌

Testing of Applicants. The Employer may test applicants for drug use and alcohol abuse in accordance with the requirements of Connecticut State Law. For purposes of this Article, applicants shall mean any individual tentatively selected for first-time employment who has not formerly been employed by the Employer and who is not being recalled from layoff or transferred from one jobsite to another.
Testing of Applicants a) The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities exam (“KSA exam”) will be administered to each applicant who is deemed eligible for processing to take the KSA exam, in accordance with Section 1 above. The examination may include testing for counterproductive work behaviors or other similar tests which are job related and validated. KSA exams shall be conducted as needed at a suitable time and location as determined by the Department and may be administered by the Human Resources Department or the Police Department. Each applicant must take the KSA exam and the physical fitness evaluation to continue processing. The City may also utilize a reading comprehension test as a condition for taking the KSA exam. Applicants will be tested to measure the same knowledge, skills and abilities. However, all examinations are not required to be identical.
Testing of Applicants. All applicants will be required to undergo a drug screening test after a conditional offer of employment has been extended. Employment will be denied to any applicant whose drug screen reveals the presence of illegal drugs or prescription drugs without a valid prescription or alcohol.

  • Monitoring and Risk Assessment of Securities Depositories Prior to the placement of any assets of the Fund with a non-U.S. Securities Depository, the Custodian: (a) shall provide to the Fund or its authorized representative an assessment of the custody risks associated with maintaining assets within such Securities Depository; and (b) shall have established a system to monitor the custody risks associated with maintaining assets with such Securities Depository on a continuing basis and to promptly notify the Fund or its Investment Adviser of any material changes in such risk. In performing its duties under this subsection, the Custodian shall use reasonable care and may rely on such reasonable sources of information as may be available including but not limited to: (i) published ratings; (ii) information supplied by a Subcustodian that is a participant in such Securities Depository; (iii) industry surveys or publications; (iv) information supplied by the depository itself, by its auditors (internal or external) or by the relevant Foreign Financial Regulatory Authority. It is acknowledged that information procured through some or all of these sources may not be independently verifiable by the Custodian and that direct access to Securities Depositories is limited under most circumstances. Accordingly, the Custodian shall not be responsible for errors or omissions in its duties hereunder provided that it has performed its monitoring and assessment duties with reasonable care. The risk assessment shall be provided to the Fund or its Investment Advisor by such means as the Custodian shall reasonably establish. Advices of material change in such assessment may be provided by the Custodian in the manner established as customary between the Fund and the Custodian for transmission of material market information.

  • Monitoring of Servicers (a) The Master Servicer shall be responsible for reporting to the Trustee, the Trust Administrator and the Depositor the compliance by each Servicer with its duties under the related Servicing Agreement. In the review of each Servicer’s activities, the Master Servicer may rely upon an officer’s certificate of the Servicer with regard to such Servicer’s compliance with the terms of its Servicing Agreement. In the event that the Master Servicer, in its judgment, determines that a Servicer should be terminated in accordance with its Servicing Agreement, or that a notice should be sent pursuant to such Servicing Agreement with respect to the occurrence of an event that, unless cured, would constitute grounds for such termination, the Master Servicer shall notify the Depositor, the Trust Administrator and the Trustee thereof and the Master Servicer shall issue such notice or take such other action as it deems appropriate.
