Three Shift Operations a) The Employer shall have the right to operate his/her plant or any part thereof on a three (3) shift basis and all employees working under this arrangement shall receive eight (8) hours pay upon completion of the full hours established as their regular shift. Details of shifts shall be varied at the Employers’ option.

Three Shift Operations. On a three (3) shift operation, the first shift of eight (8) hours (exclusive of meal period) shall start between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., and eight (8) hours work shall constitute the first shift for which eight (8) hours will be paid. The second shift shall consist of seven and one-half (7.5) hours for heavy- highway-utility work and seven (7) hours for building work (exclusive of meal period) for which eight (8) hours at the straight time rate shall be paid. The third shift shall be seven (7) hours (exclusive of meal period) for which eight- (8) hours at the straight time rate shall be paid. Thirty-five (35) hours shall constitute a week's work on the third shift.

Three Shift Operations. The regular work week for employees on three shift operations shall be from ll:00p.m. Sunday to ll:00p.m. Friday in three eight hour shifts as follows: ll:00p.m. to 7:00 a.m., 7:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. and 3:00p.m. to ll:00p.m. However, the schedule for any shift may be changed by mutual consent. For the purpose of overtime premium, Saturday will be from ll:00p.m. Saturday to ll:00p.m.

  • Business Operations Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations. Company will conduct its business operations hereunder in a lawful, orderly and proper manner, considering the nature of such operations, so as not to unreasonably annoy, disturb, endanger or be offensive to others on the Airport. Company will provide all services under this Agreement on a fair and reasonable basis to all users of the Airport. Service will be prompt, courteous and efficient.
