Transportation and Mileage. The Employer shall provide a company vehicle for transportation to and from and in-between jobsites where jobsites are located more than a fifty (50km) kilometre radius from the Employer’s shop. All employees are expected to ride together in the Employer provided vehicles as much as possible in order to eliminate unnecessary usage of vehicles. For jobsites located within a fifty (50km) kilometre radius of the Employer’s shop, all employees are required to report directly to such jobsites unless arrangements are made whereby the Employer provides transportation to the jobsite from the Employer’s shop. If an employee is provided prior, written authorization to use his vehicle for transportation to and from and/or in-between jobsites, the owner shall be paid forty-two ($0.42/km) cents per kilometer for such use. Employees who choose to drive directly to a jobsite where a company vehicle is provided to transport employees may not be paid mileage unless previous arrangements have been made with the Employer in writing.

Transportation and Mileage. Any teacher hired for homebound instruction shall be paid the current federal mileage reimbursement rate for actual miles driven. Reimbursable miles shall include the trip from the primary work site to the student’s home and then back to the primary work site or the employee’s residence, whichever is less. The Administration and the teacher shall agree on the typical number of miles and inform the Association.

(c) Regular work reporting places for a district or section crew shall be Albany, Xxxxxx, Sweet Home, Scio and Lebanon. The regular work reporting place for all other crews shall be Albany. There shall be no other designated reporting places unless agreed upon by the County and the Union. (d) Whenever an employee’s work site is closer to his residence than his regular reporting place, he may voluntarily report to his work site rather than his regular reporting place if approved by his supervisor. The employee must be at his work site at the start of his work shift.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • Transportation Reimbursement Employees who, during the course of their normal duties, are required to actually transport clients/consumers/felons in their own personal vehicle on a regular basis, are eligible for reimbursement for the cost of an automobile rider to their existing insurance policy. To be eligible for the reimbursement, the employee must demonstrate the following: 1. That he/she is normally required to transport clients/consumers/felons in the course of their duties. 2. That there is no access to or available State vehicles. 3. That public transportation cannot be used. 4. That their insurance company requires a special rider on their existing automobile policy. 5. Proof that such a rider has been purchased. 6. Proof of a valid driver’s license and insurance policy. By receiving such reimbursement, employees acknowledge that they may be required to use their own personal vehicle to transport clients/consumers/felons in the normal course of their duties. The reimbursement to such employee(s) is the actual cost of the rider not to exceed seventy-five dollars ($75) per year whichever is less. This reimbursement will be paid on a yearly basis in the pay period that includes July 1st. Employees who either resign, retire, or have their employment terminated during the year and employees who start during any part of the year will have the reimbursement prorated. In the case of employees who either retire, resign, or have their employment terminated will have that portion of the reimbursement repaid to the State, in the last paycheck.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.
