Tuition Reimbursement for Graduate Credits. The Assistant Superintendent may receive reimbursement for graduate credits contingent on the pre-approval of graduate courses by the Superintendent and the following: • Courses must be completed with a grade of “B” or better • Costs per credit hour for graduate courses reimbursed at 100 percent up to $640.00 per credit • No more than fifteen (15) credits may be taken during any school year, July 1 through June 30. Superintendent will bring forth a recommendation to the Board any future increases to the $640.00 per credit rate based on survey information on the per credit rates of the universities typically used by administration for their coursework.

Tuition Reimbursement for Graduate Credits. All reimbursable courses must be officially designated by an accredited college or university as graduate level courses; special undergraduate courses may be approved by the Superintendent for reimbursement in exceptional cases. The Superintendent must approve prior to registration all courses for which an administrator will request reimbursement. These courses will have a demonstrated benefit to the school district. For reimbursement, courses must be taken from a regionally accredited institution. Reimbursement will be paid within 45 days after a certified institutional transcript and a receipted invoice (or tuition bill accompanied by cancelled check) showing actual tuition costs incurred are received by the District Office. Payment for credits earned will be at the rate prevailing during the school fiscal year in which the course was begun. Any reimbursement paid does not become part of the contract salary.   • Tuition Reimbursement Program 21.2.1 The District will fund $28,000 each fiscal year for incentive pay for employees pursuing their National Board Certification, a master’s degree, or an endorsement.

  • DEPENDENT CARE REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNT During the term of this MOU, Management agrees to maintain a Dependent Care Reimbursement Account (DCRA), qualified under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, for active employees who are members of LACERS, provided that sufficient enrollment is maintained to continue to make the account available. Enrollment in the DCRA is at the discretion of each employee. All contributions into the DCRA and related administrative fees shall be paid by employees who are enrolled in the plan. As a qualified Section 129 Plan, the DCRA shall be administered according to the rules and regulations specified for such plans by the Internal Revenue Service.

  • Travel Reimbursement 2.1 The County will only cover costs associated with travel on vendors outside a 50 mile radius from Xxxxxxxxxx County, Texas.

  • Meal Reimbursement 1. If an employee is required to work one and one-half (1-1/2) hours before or beyond his/her normal working day or on overtime for emergency purposes or for extended work periods of five (5) or more hours in length on a day that is not the employee’s regular work day, and the employee is not exercising flexible work hours, the employee shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of a meal/food items not to exceed $18.00, plus tip (not to exceed 15%) and applicable taxes. Reimbursement is contingent upon the employee providing receipts.
