Unpaid leave entitlement. The employee is entitled to take up to two (2) days unpaid compassionate leave per occasion. An employee may take additional unpaid compassionate leave by agreement with the employer.

Unpaid leave entitlement. Where a full-time weekly employee has exhausted all bereavement leave entitlements, including accumulated entitlements, the employee is entitled to unpaid bereavement leave. The employer and employee should agree on the length of the unpaid leave. In the absence of agreement, a full-time employee is entitled to take up to two days unpaid leave, provided the requirements of 27.1(a) and 27.1(b) are met, and a part-time weekly employee is entitled to take up to two days unpaid leave, to a maximum of 16 hours, provided the requirements of 27.1(c) are met.

The Team Member is entitled to take up to two (2) additional days unpaid compassionate leave per occasion provided the Team Member provides the Company with documentary evidence requested by the Company. A Team Member may take additional unpaid compassionate leave by agreement with the Company.
Unpaid leave entitlement. The employee is entitled to take up to three days (up to a maximum of 24 hours) unpaid bereavement leave per bereavement. An employee may take additional unpaid bereavement leave by agreement with the Company.
Unpaid leave entitlement. The Employee is entitled to take up to three days unpaid compassionate leave when a member of the Employee’s immediate family or a member of the Employee's household has died.
