USE OF AUTHORITY FACILITIES. The Union may use Authority conference rooms and similar facilities for meetings with employees. Use of Authority meeting facilities requires reasonable advance notice to the appropriate Authority official and is subject to Authority use of such facilities. The Authority may establish reasonable regulations governing the use of Authority facilities as provided by this Section.

  • USE OF CITY FACILITIES A. The Association may use City facilities, on prior approval, for the purpose of holding meetings to the extent that such facilities can be made available, and to the extent that the use of a facility will not interfere with departmental operations. Participating employees will attend said meetings on their own time.

  • Use of County Facilities County facilities may be made available for use by employees and the Union. Such use shall not occur during regular working hours other than the lunch period. Application for such use shall be made to the management person under whose control the facility is placed.
