User Council. The User Council (UC) shall be responsible for the formal approval of the New User Procedure and any substantial revisions hereafter.
User Council. The User Council establishes policies and procedures regarding the operation of ALMR. The User Council is responsible for all operational and maintenance decisions affecting the system. Under the direction and supervision of the Executive Council, the User Council has the responsibility for management oversight and operations of the system. The User Council, through the OMO, oversees the development of System operations plans, procedures, and policies under the direction and guidance of the Executive Council. User Council. § 1. The User Council is established by the Agreement. The User Council is responsible for making all operations and maintenance (O&M) decisions affecting the system, including those governing day-to-day operations, and for fulfilling other duties and tasks as set out in the agreement. In all respects, the decisions, policy making, and actions of the User Council are subject to the authority, oversight, and approval of the Executive Council.

  • Project Manager, County The County shall appoint a project manager to act as liaison between the County and the Contractor during the term of this Contract. The County’s project manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor. The County’s project manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s project manager and key personnel. The County’s project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within three (3) business days after written notice from the County’s project manager. The County’s project manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s project manager and key personnel. Said approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The County is not required to provide any additional information, reason or rationale in the event it requires the removal of Contractor’s Project Manager from providing further services under the Contract.

  • Central Bargaining Committee (a) In central bargaining between the Canadian Union of Public Employees and the participating hospitals, an employee serving on the Union's Central Negotiating Committee shall be paid for time lost from his normal straight time working hours at his regular rate of pay and without loss of leave credits for attending central negotiating meetings with the Hospitals' Central Negotiating Committee in direct negotiations up to the point of arbitration. In addition, an employee serving on the Union’s Central Negotiating Committee shall be paid for time lost from his normal straight time working hours at his regular rate of pay and without loss of leave credits for two (2) days of preparation time for such central negotiating meetings with the Hospital’s Central negotiating Committee. Upon reference to arbitration, the Negotiating Committee members shall receive unpaid time off for the purpose of attending arbitration hearings. It is understood and agreed that the maximum number of Union Central Negotiating Committee members entitled to payment under this provision shall be eight (8), and in no case will more than one employee from a hospital be entitled to such payment. The Union shall advise the Hospitals' Central Negotiating Committee, before negotiations commence, of those employees to be paid under this provision. The Hospitals' Central Negotiating Committee shall advise the eight (8) Hospitals accordingly.

  • ADVISORY COUNCIL An Advisory Council consisting of the superintendent of each participating District, or his/her designee is hereby created. The purpose of such Advisory Council is to monitor the performance of this Agreement, amend this Agreement (with concurrence of all parties affected), and terminate this Agreement as provided in Section IX. Activities of the Advisory Council shall take place as needed, called by a majority of its members or by the Superintendent of the NWESD, or his/her designee. Decisions by the Advisory Council will be made by a vote of greater than fifty percent (50%) of a quorum. A quorum is defined as at least fifty percent (50%) of the representatives appointed to the Advisory Council. Participation may occur via technological participation, including email providing at least seven (7) calendar days prior written notice was provided to each District superintendent or designee.

  • Council Tax Payment of Council tax will normally be the responsibility of the Tenants in the Property. However, landlords should be aware that where a property is empty, let as holiday accommodation, or let as a house in multiple occupation (HMO) responsibility for payment of council tax then rests with the owner of the Property.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • Labour Management Relations Committee In recognition of the mutual benefits of open communications and on-going consultation between the faculty and the employer, the Labour/Management Relations Committee will meet on a regular basis and have equal representation for the Union and the Employer. The LMRC will serve as an open forum for the free and candid discussion of matters of mutual concern to faculty members and management.
