Vacation and Other Leaves. The Executive shall be entitled to vacation in accordance with the Company's vacation policy (and to compensation in respect of earned but unused vacation days) and all paid holidays and personal leave days that are available generally to executive officers of the Company.

Employee shall be entitled to paid vacation and other paid absences, whether for holidays, illness, or any similar purposes, in accordance with policies applicable generally to executive officers of SAFECO; provided, however, that Employee shall be entitled to at least twenty (20) days of paid vacation per calendar year.
Vacation and Other Leaves. The Secondee’s vacation and other leave entitlements will be managed by HOSPITAL. Conflict of interest The Secondee(s) will without delay identify any circumstances that may reasonably be interpreted as creating a conflict of interest or a potential conflict of interest with the Secondee’s position or duties under this Agreement. The terms of the conflict of interest rules prescribed in Ontario regulation 381/07 with necessary modifications are incorporated in and form part of this Agreement and apply to the Secondee(s).
Vacation and Other Leaves. Not more than two (2) bus drivers shall be granted personal leave on any given day. Part time driver’s personal leave time will be based on actual daily hours normally worked. Eight Hour Contract Drivers. Eight hour drivers will be permitted to take one-half of vacation time when school is in session. Not more than one (1) 8 hour bus drivers shall be granted vacation on any given day while school is in session, and not more two (2) 8 hour bus drivers shall be granted vacation on any given day while school is not in session. Drivers using one-half (1/2) day vacation, sick time or personal leave will be permitted to have extra work/time on the same days. Part Time Contract Drivers. Vacation days for Part time drivers will be calculated based on the driver’s average contract time. Part time contract drivers will be permitted to take one-half of vacation time when school is in session. Not more than two (2) part time drivers shall be granted vacation on any given day, with the exception that during holidays more than 2 drivers may be granted vacation leave, provided that the necessary coverage (as determined by supervision) is maintained. After the Separation Date, no vacation or other paid absences shall accrue.

Executive will be paid for any earned but unused PTO as of the Separation Date, less all lawful or required deductions and withholdings, on December 31, 2010. After the Separation Date, no vacation or other paid absences shall accrue.

Vacation and Other Leaves. The City Administrator will be provided with twenty (20) days of vacation leave annually—ten (10) days of vacation leave shall be provided to her on the first day of her employment and the remaining balance shall be accrued throughout the year on a pro-rated basis. The City Administrator shall be allowed the same provisions for carryover of vacation as all other City employees. The City Administrator shall receive the same number of sick leave days as other City management employees except she will be provided five (5) days on the first day of her employment and the remaining balance shall be accrued throughout the year on a pro-rated basis. In addition, the City Administrator shall receive the same number of holiday and personal days provided to all other City employees.
