Vacation Pay Entitlement. The Board recognizes the following as the annual vacation pay entitlement for academic year employees paid in accordance with this Article:

Vacation Pay Entitlement. A. 1. For each week of vacation entitlement as under Section 9:01, an employee shall receive as xxxx- tion pay an amount equivalent to 2% of total earnings paid to him/her by the Company during the preceding calendar year.
Vacation Pay Entitlement. The amount of pay employees receive for vacation is equal to their gross earnings in the preceding year multiplied by four percent (4%) for two (2) weeks’ vacation, six percent (6%) for three (3) weeks’ vacation, eight percent (8%) for four (4) weeks’ vacation, and ten percent (10%) for five (5) weeks’ vacation.
Vacation Pay Entitlement. 19.01 Part Time Employees Vacation pay will be paid to all employees other than Full-Time Permanent and Part-Time Permanent as a percentage of earnings on each paycheque, in accordance with Article 19.03.
Vacation Pay Entitlement. Event Scheduled Employees Vacation pay will be paid to all employees other than Full-Time Permanent and Part- Time Permanent as a percentage of earnings on each paycheque, in accordance with Article Credits Credit for vacation purposes used in this Article shall be calculated as per Article Schedule
Vacation Pay Entitlement. The Employee(s) will be given the choice how they would like to receive their Vacation Pay. The Employees will advise the Employer in writing of which of the following three (3) ways they want their Vacation Pay paid to them:
Vacation Pay Entitlement. 10.1 Any full-time employee who, on the 1st day of January in each year has completed less than one (1) year of continuous service with the Company shall receive vacation pay in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act.
