Vacation Pay Entitlement. The Board recognizes the following as the annual vacation pay entitlement for academic year employees paid in accordance with this Article:
i) Up to and including the first (1st) year of continuous employment - 3/52nds of earnings;
ii) After the first (1st) year of continuous employment and up to and including the sixth (6th) year of continuous employment - 3/52nds of earnings;
iii) After the sixth (6th) year of continuous employment and up to and including the fifteenth (15th) year of continuous employment - 4/52nds of earnings; and
iv) After the fifteenth (15th) year of continuous employment and every year of continuous employment thereafter - 5/52nds of earnings
Vacation Pay Entitlement. 10 Month Employees
(a) The following schedule shall apply to 10 month employees covered by this Collective Agreement who will receive vacation pay: After one (1) year but less than three (3) years Four (4) percent After three (3) years but less than ten (10) years Six (6) percent After ten (10) years but less than fifteen (15) years Eight (8) percent After fifteen (15) years Ten (10) percent An additional 0.2 percent per complete year of service in excess of twenty
Vacation Pay Entitlement. A. 1. For each week of vacation entitlement as under Section 9:01, an employee shall receive as xxxx- tion pay an amount equivalent to 2% of total earnings paid to him/her by the Company during the preceding calendar year.
Vacation Pay Entitlement. The amount of pay employees receive for vacation is equal to their gross earnings in the preceding year multiplied by four percent (4%) for two (2) weeks’ vacation, six percent (6%) for three (3) weeks’ vacation, eight percent (8%) for four (4) weeks’ vacation, and ten percent (10%) for five (5) weeks’ vacation.

Vacation Pay Entitlement. 10.1 Any full-time employee who, on the 1st day of January in each year has completed less than one (1) year of continuous service with the Company shall receive vacation pay in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act.
10.2 Full-time employees with one (1) year of service up to five (5) years of service shall receive two (2) weeks’ vacation with pay.
10.3 Full-time employees with more than five (5) years of service shall receive three (3) weeks’ vacation with pay.
10.4 When a Part-time employee takes a vacation after completing one (1) year of employment, vacation pay must be at least four per cent (4%) of the employee’s total earnings from the previous year.
10.5 A person who is employed for less than one (1) year is not entitled to take a vacation, but must be paid four per cent (4%) vacation pay on termination of employment.
Vacation Pay Entitlement. The Employee(s) will be given the choice how they would like to receive their Vacation Pay. The Employees will advise the Employer in writing of which of the following three (3) ways they want their Vacation Pay paid to them:
a) Employees can choose to be paid their vacation pay entitlement on each pay cheque, or
b) Employees can choose to be paid their previous year’s accrued vacation pay the pay day before they take their holidays in their holiday entitlement year at which time they will be paid their regular job earnings. In this case, any unused monies will be paid out to the Employee the first payday in December of such holiday year, or
c) Employees can choose to be paid their previous year’s accrued vacation pay once per year on the first payday in January of their holiday entitlement year.

iii) After the sixth (6th) year of continuous employment and up to and including the(15th) year of continuous employment - 4/52nds of earnings; and
