Vacation Scheduling Process Clause Samples
The Vacation Scheduling Process clause outlines the procedures and requirements for employees to request and schedule their vacation time. Typically, it specifies how far in advance requests must be submitted, any approval hierarchy, and how conflicts between overlapping requests are resolved—such as prioritizing based on seniority or order of submission. This clause ensures a fair and organized approach to managing employee absences, helping to maintain adequate staffing levels and minimize workplace disruptions.
