Vacation Scheduling Process. (a) Vacations must be used by the end of the vacation year and cannot be accumulated from year to year without the written consent of the Company. The accumulated vacation cannot be scheduled until all other employees have selected their vacation periods.

Vacation Scheduling Process. All vacation leave must be mutually agreed upon between the manager and the employee. Where two (2) or more employees have requested the same period of time off, the employee with the most in-unit seniority shall have preference.
