Vendor Experience. All applicants must describe the qualifications of their organization on the Demonstrated Effectiveness and Organizational Capacity chart found in Attachment 1. Descriptions should include staff experience, prior experience working with similar projects, geographical area it is capable of servicing, coordination with core WIOA Partners and other community organizations. The following information must be completed on the Application: • Provide a summary of the titles, qualifications and responsibilities of key program staff • Describe prior experience working with similar adult education and literacy programs • Designate the geographic area that the programs described will serve • Describe the referral process for core WIOA Partners and any collaborative projects • Explain how community connections have increased the effectiveness of your program Attachments to the Proposal shall include the following: • Job descriptions and resumes of all staff • Three (3) letters of reference from past students and/or collaborating agencies that speak to the organization’s ability to provide the services described in this RFP.

  • Prior Experience The teacher is responsible for providing proof of experience satisfactory to the School Division in accordance with this article.

  • Credit for Experience 33.01 Credit for nursing experience will be credited on the following basis: (a) The Employer will credit a newly hired regular full-time nurse with one (1) annual service increment for each completed year of related experience up to the after eight (8) years step of the salary grid and credit a regular part-time nurse, up to the after twelve thousand (12,000) hours step, based on substantiated hours worked. (b) If there has been a break in excess of two years in the nurses’ full-time or part-time employment, then the number of increments to be provided shall be at the discretion of the Employer. 33.02 In order to receive credit for experience it is the nurse’s responsibility to provide the Employer with verification satisfactory to the Employer, of previous related experience during her probationary period. Should a nurse fail to provide such satisfactory verification during her probation she shall forfeit the provisions of this Article. 33.03 Once established consistent with the above provisions, credit for recent related experience will be retroactive to the new nurses date of hire. 33.04 Nurses on staff prior to the signing of this agreement, will be credited with experience as set out under this Article, effective the first full pay period following the date the Employer has confirmed entitlement to such increment, subject to 33.02 above.

  • Work Experience Formula hour equivalents will be given on the basis of the following number of students enrolled at fourth week census: 5-14 students enrolled = 1 (one) formula hour 15-24 students enrolled = 2 (two) formula hours 25-34 students enrolled = 3 (three) formula hours

  • Previous Experience 31.01 New employees will be classified according to previous comparable experience for the purpose of establishing wage rates. The Co-operative shall not be required to recognize previous experience of new employees who have not worked in the same or similar business in the past two (2) years. Recognized credit for previous experience shall be applicable to qualifying employees commencing with the first working day following completion of said employee's probationary period. 31.02 It shall be the responsibility of the employee to supply proof of their previous experience prior to the completion of their probationary period.
