VISITORS & GUESTS. 2.1 Residents will also make sure that any guests/visitors you may have to the hostel comply with the provisions of clause 1 and you agree that you will be responsible for the conduct of guests/ visitors. 2.2 Visitors are not allowed to enter or remain in the Hostel between 23:00 hours and 08:00 hours nor at any time in the dining room or any bedroom without prior permission of the House Manager. We may require visitors to leave and / or may exclude them from the Hostel at any time. 2.3 All visitors are required to provide photo ID and sign in and out at reception upon arrival and departure.

VISITORS & GUESTS. The Licensee agrees : (a) to take full responsibility for their guests; (b) to ensure that visitors and guests comply with the conditions of residence, particularly in respect of those conditions regarding fire alarms (9.1), health & safety (9.2), behaviour (9.3), premises (9.4) and prohibitions and exceptions (9.7), and not allow them to commit a breach of these conditions; (c) not to let anyone share occupation of the Premises or any part thereof; (d) to respect the right of the Association to refuse admission to the Premises of any non-resident. Any person so excluded will, on entering the premises, be reported to the authorities for trespass. The Licensee agrees not to invite or allow any person they know to be so excluded on to the Premises; (e) subject to 9.8(a), that the Association accepts no responsibility for loss or damage however so arising to the property of the Licensee’s visitors or guests and that they are invited on to the Premises on this understanding only.
VISITORS & GUESTS. Visitors/Guests may play a maximum of three times in the afternoon tee times in any one calendar year. When entering a Visitor/Guest into the draw sheet the Member should enter the Visitor/Guests golf link number and home club, to assist the scorer in completing their duties in a timely manner.
VISITORS & GUESTS. Tenant(s) will be allowed to have visitors/guests stay in the unit. A visitor/guest can remain in the unit no longer than 14 consecutive days or a total of 30 cumulative calendar days during any 12 month period. That total time can be longer in the case of a household member requiring care because of illness or injury, as certified by a doctor. The Tenant must request in advance written permission from their Housing Manager for any visitor/guests who will be in the unit more than 14 days. Permission may be granted upon written request to the Manager for an extension of this provision.

VISITORS & GUESTS. Visitors/guests are welcome as long as they: • Abide by property lease and property rules • Abide by federal, state and local laws • Do not pose a threat to any resident or property staff • Do not disturb the peace and quiet comfort of other residents • Do not interfere with management or maintenance of the property • Are not unauthorized residents Visitors/guests are defined as any person not on the lease, application or HUD Form 50059 regardless of age or relationship. Visitors/guests may stay with the resident on an occasional basis not to exceed thirty (30) cumulative days/nights in any twelve (12) month period. If a resident is disabled and requires a reasonable accommodation to allow a guest to stay more than thirty (30) cumulative days/nights during a twelve (12) month period, the accommodation must be requested and approved before the guest is allowed to remain longer than the above-mentioned timeframe. The number of overnight guests is limited to IEH’s occupancy standards for the unit size plus one. Service providers, such as a care-giver, are not defined as visitors or guests, but must be registered with the property staff if they will be present on the property for more than thirty (30) cumulative days/nights in any twelve (12) month period. Residents are responsible for all actions of their service providers, guests or visitors while on the property. Unauthorized persons are subject to arrest for trespassing and/or loitering pursuant to the local penal code. Guest and visitors will be allowed access to the community rooms or other common areas when the resident is present. Guests may take advantage of other common service areas such as laundry rooms and designated smoking areas as long as their presence does not interfere with use and peaceful enjoyment by residents who are part of a lease. Residents are responsible for the actions of their guests. If a person is present on the property more than the number of days/nights outlined above, the resident (HOH) will be required to meet with IEH staff to determine if an unauthorized resident is part of the household. Notice will be provided and this meeting will be conducted in accordance with HUD guidelines. If the LANDLORD suspects that a guest should actually be classified as a resident, IEH staff will request a meeting with the head-of-household. VISITORS & GUESTS. For security reasons, individuals not connected with the current show should not attend rehearsals, unless it is pre-arranged through the Stage Manager and personnel are accounted for in the daily register. Dressing Rooms, Backstage areas, on-stage area, orchestra Pit, are Restricted Areas and Visitors and those not connected with the show are not permitted, unless accompanied by LCT Staff or Production Staff.
VISITORS & GUESTS. 2.5.1. You are responsible for the behaviour of any Nominated Sharer and/or Family Member and any visitor and you must ensure that they do not breach the terms of this Agreement. If they do, you will be in breach of this Agreement. All guests / visitors should report to reception and sign in on arrival, sign out on departure. 2.5.2. You agree that we may remove or exclude your Visitors from the Accommodation or the Residence where we have reasonable grounds to believe that this is necessary for the safety and/or well-being of other persons. 2.5.3. You agree not to allow anyone other than the occasional adult Visitor (18 years and older) to stay overnight provided that this does not annoy other occupants of the Residence or disrupt study, and provided that such Visitors do not stay overnight in the Accommodation any more than three nights in any one week or any more than 14 nights in total in each semester without the prior written permission of the Residences Service Manager/ Residence Supervisor. 2.5.4. Day visitors will not be granted access to the Residence between 23.00 hours and 08.00 hours and must leave the Residence buildings and grounds by 23.00 hours. 2.5.5. Normally, unless you are advised otherwise by the Residences Services Manager/ Residence Supervisor, you may receive up to 3 days visitors (between 08.00 hours and 23.00 hours). Written permission for additional guests or visitors must be obtained from the Residences Services Manager/ Residence Supervisor in advance.
VISITORS & GUESTS. 6.1 You are allowed a maximum of one visitor at any one time, visitors must be approved by the KSS Residence that you are responsible for the behaviour of your guests. Each resident’s room is for their own personal use, residents must not allow guests or other KSS Residents into their rooms. 6.2 If a resident has a family member/guardian visiting, this must be made known to the KSS Residence Team 24 hours in advance of their arrival, family members/guardians can enter resident rooms once permission is gained from a member of the KSS Residence Team. 6.3 You must not allow unauthorised persons, including those banned from KSS accommodation onto the premises. 6.4 In the interest of the safety and security of all residents, you must not give your room key to anyone else to allow them access to your building or permit them to enter your room.
