Volunteer Application. By applying for a volunteer role with Wollongong 2022 for the Championships, I acknowledge and agree that: 1.1 the application period opens on Wednesday 27th April, 2022 and closes Wednesday 25th May, 2022. Wollongong 2022 in its sole discretion may amend or extend the application period or reactivate the application process at any time; 1.2 I am 18 years of age or older at the time of submitting my application; 1.3 I am and will continue to be up to date with my vaccinations against COVID-19 (as defined by the NSW Government and Australian Government) or have a valid medical exemption that is valid through to 2nd October, 2022. As at 27 April 2022, a person is "up to date" if they have completed all the doses recommended for their age and individual health needs. Please refer to the NSW Government website for details.   • New Application for Licensure Any time after the three-month period has lapsed from the Effective Date of this Agreement and Respondent has paid the Administrative Penalty set forth in Section III, Paragraph 1 of this Order, Respondent may apply for a new mortgage loan originator license or, as applicable, petition for the reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement in any or all of the Participating States with the understanding that each State Mortgage Regulator reserves the rights to fully investigate such application for licensure or petition for reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement and may either approve or deny such application or petition pursuant to the normal process for such licensing or endorsement investigations. No license application or petition described in this paragraph will be denied solely based on the facts, circumstances, or consensual resolution provided for in this Agreement. Each party hereto agrees that it will consult with the other party hereto with respect to the obtaining of all material permits, consents, approvals and authorizations of all third parties and Governmental Authorities necessary or advisable to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and each party will keep the other party appraised of the status of material matters relating to completion of the transactions contemplated hereby.
