W ork Schedule. The Employer shall post a work schedule for all employees not later than Wednesday preceding the first day of the following work week. Any alteration in such work schedule must be made not later than Friday of each preceding week. If the work schedule within any day is changed after Friday without reasonable cause, the matter may be subject to the grievance procedure. An employee shall be guaranteed pay for the specific days in a work week upon which he is scheduled to work. In formulating the work schedule of any em­ ployee, a minimum of twelve (12) hours shall have elapsed between the two consecutive work shifts unless the rotation of Sunday and night shifts is involved.

W ork Schedule. 1. Any teacher employed in a satellite program will follow the schedule of the Associate School District where the satellite program is operating, including attendance at meetings before or after school as agreed to between the Board and the Associate School District administration. Paragraphs A and B of Article 15 shall not apply to teachers employed in a satellite program. 2. Any teacher employed in a satellite program will be subject to the calendar of the Associate School District where the satellite program is operating. Should the work year of the Associate School District be longer than the Board’s year, unless there is an agreement with the Associate School District to have the year for the teacher in the satellite program reduced to the same length as the Board’s school year, the teacher working in the satellite program shall be paid the teacher’s per diem rate for any day’s worked beyond the Board’s scheduled work year. Should the work year of the Associate School District be shorter than the Board’s work year, the teacher working in the satellite program will be expected to work the additional days necessary to equal the Board’s work year as directed by the Board’s administration.
W ork Schedule. The District shall determine each unit member's work schedule. The work schedule for full- time unit members shall be a forty (40) hour work week comprised of five (5) consecutive days of eight (8) hours per day, exclusive of the lunch period. The immediate supervisor may in his or her own discretion from time to time release unit members from their normal daily schedule or otherwise revise work schedules to accommodate special circumstances. However, a denial of such release or revision shall not be subject to the grievance procedure. The work schedule for classified employees on Staff Development and Planning Days are as follows: For employees that work 10 months or more, Planning Days and Staff Development Days are regular work days. For employees that work less than 10 months, the work year starts on the first student day and ends on the last student day. Less than 10-month employees work on one (1) Planning Day between the first and last instructional days. Employees may elect to be on unpaid status on the Planning Day. Staff Development Days are days outside of the work year calendar for less than 10-month employees. Unless the supervisor requests and the employee chooses to attend a specific activity, the Staff Development Days are unpaid.

  • Work Schedule (A) Where an employee has an established schedule, a change in workdays or shifts will be posted no less than 14 calendar days in advance and will reflect at least a two workweek schedule; however, the state will make a good faith effort to reflect a one month schedule. (B) In the event of a declared emergency the notice requirement of this Section may be void. (C) The state will continue to observe the scheduling structures currently in place at each agency and agrees to bargain any change in the overall practice of how schedules are established.

  • Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.

The Recovery Schedule must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of Owner’s request. The Recovery Schedule shall describe in detail Construction Contractor’s plan to complete the remaining Work by the required Contract milestone date. The Recovery Schedule submitted shall meet the same requirements as the original Construction Schedule. The narrative submitted with the Recovery Schedule should describe in detail all changes that have been made to meet the Contract milestone dates.

  • Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.

  • Alternate Work Schedule An alternate work schedule is any work schedule where an employee is regularly scheduled to work five (5) days per week, but the employee’s regularly scheduled two (2) days off are NOT Saturday and Sunday.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Operating Schedule Purchaser shall, be- fore commencing operations, provide in writing an annual Operating Schedule of anticipated major activities and needs for logging Included Timber, such as logging, road maintenance, Scaling, and road construction, including construction staking under B5.212 and material delivery under B5.22. Upon reasonable notice to Forest Service, such schedule shall be subject to modifications necessi- xxxxx by weather, markets, or other unpredictable circum- stances.

  • Alternate Work Schedules Workweeks and work shifts of different numbers of hours may be established for overtime-eligible employees by the Employer in order to meet business and customer service needs, as long as the alternate work schedules meet federal and state law. When there is a holiday, employees may be required to switch from their alternate work schedules to regular work schedules.
