Work Site Visitation. The Union Representative from the Local Union staff shall be permitted to visit employees on the premises of the District to conduct business of the Union, provided he/she does not unduly interrupt the work of the employees.

Work Site Visitation. The Union’s representative shall be given the right to enter the work areas at reasonable times for the purpose of investigation of grievances and for such other purposes as may be necessary; provided, however, that prior to entering a work area, she/he shall first advise the Clerk of Court of her/his presence or intentions to enter work areas and receive permission to do so, which permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. It is understood that in making such visits to work area, the Union representative will not interfere with or interrupt the Clerk’s operations. Further, whenever possible, the representative shall schedule such visits in advance. As used herein, “work areas” shall not include the site of an emergency while that emergency is in progress.
Work Site Visitation. The Union President, grievance representatives or union representatives, will be permitted to appear on work sites during working hours as union representatives for the purpose of determining whether there is compliance with the contract, or to investigate and/or resolve grievances. They will not unduly disrupt or interfere with work performance and will inform the immediate supervisor of their presence.
Work Site Visitation. Visitation rights shall be granted to designated representatives of the Union to visit with employees in the Bargaining Unit for purposes of grievance investigation and/or general information, provided that, such visits do not unduly interrupt either the work of the employees visited or the delivery of services to clients of the Agency. The visiting representative shall give prior notification to the Regional Chief of Operations/designee or his/her Designee of his/her arrival.

An escort may be provided at the discretion of the Executive Director or his designee. Such work site visitation shall not interfere with the conduct of the Authority’s business or with the duties of any of its employees.
Work Site Visitation. A. Any member of the immediate family desiring to visit must make arrangements with the classroom teacher. The classroom teacher will specify the time to the immediate family member. B. The District will make a reasonable effort to afford an opportunity for the teacher to confer with the classroom visitor before and/or after the visitation. C. It is the teacher’s responsibility to ask the unexpected visitor to report first to the principal’s office for authorization to visit the classroom. X.   • Classroom Visitation To provide patrons of the District the opportunity to visit classrooms with the least interruption to the teaching process, the following guidelines are set forth: A. All visitors to a school and/or classroom shall obtain the approval of the principal, and if the visit is to a classroom, the time will be arranged after the principal or his designee has conferred with the employee, if possible. B. Whenever possible, the employee shall be afforded the opportunity to confer with the classroom visitor before and/or after the visitation. C. This provision does not apply to administrators and Board of Directors members.

  • Site Visits ‌ The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits.   • Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Repair Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, Interconnection provided by a Party shall be equal in quality to that provided by such Party to itself, any subsidiary, affiliates or third party. If either Party is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Section 14.2, it shall notify the other Party of its inability to do so and will negotiate alternative intervals in good faith. The Parties agree that to the extent required by Applicable Law, the standards to be used by a Party for isolating and clearing any disconnections and/or other outages or troubles shall be at parity with standards used by such Party with respect to itself, any subsidiary, affiliate or third party.

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.

  • Equipment Testing and Inspection 2.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall test and inspect its Small Generating Facility and Interconnection Facilities prior to interconnection. The Interconnection Customer shall notify the NYISO and the Connecting Transmission Owner of such activities no fewer than five Business Days (or as may be agreed to by the Parties) prior to such testing and inspection. Testing and inspection shall occur on a Business Day. The Connecting Transmission Owner may, at its own expense, send qualified personnel to the Small Generating Facility site to inspect the interconnection and observe the testing. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner a written test report when such testing and inspection is completed. The Small Generating Facility may not commence parallel operations if the NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, finds that the Small Generating Facility has not been installed as agreed upon or may not be operated in a safe and reliable manner. 2.1.2 The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each provide the Interconnection Customer written acknowledgment that it has received the Interconnection Customer’s written test report. Such written acknowledgment shall not be deemed to be or construed as any representation, assurance, guarantee, or warranty by the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner of the safety, durability, suitability, or reliability of the Small Generating Facility or any associated control, protective, and safety devices owned or controlled by the Interconnection Customer or the quality of power produced by the Small Generating Facility.
