Working During Vacation. In order to work during vacation periods, pre- approval must be received from the building administrator or immediate supervisor. Those days worked would be available as vacation to be taken later during the same fiscal year.
Working During Vacation. Employees are not allowed to work for the Board during their scheduled vacation time and receive additional pay for such time worked. Any exceptions, due to an emergency situation, must have prior approval of the appropriate administrator or supervisor.
Working During Vacation. Any employee who is requested to work and does work during his/her vacation will be compensated at the rate of time and one-half of the employee’s regular rate of pay. For purposes of computing additional overtime, only hours worked shall be counted toward the 40 hours. The hours or days worked shall be added to the remainder of the employee’s vacation bank of days.
