Workloads Management. 4.7.1 The Employer is committed to meeting or exceeding care minutes as mandated by the relevant regulatory body and will comply with all reporting requirements.
Workloads Management. 3.3.1 The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that the employer and employees have a responsibility to maintain a balanced workload and recognize the adverse effect that excessive workloads may have. The parties agree to work co-operatively and collaboratively to achieve the best outcome for the organization, residents and staff within the constraints of available funding.
