WORKS AND SERVICES. In signing this MOU, Organization will continue to receive the following Works and Services from EarlyEdU: • Technology support • Recognition on the UW website and related materials as an implementation and thought partner for EarlyEdU Alliance (See Appendix A for additional co-branding information) • Invitation to the annual EarlyEdU Alliance Institute and recognition as an implementation partner at the event • Courses • Media library • Peer network In signing this MOU, Organization will be granted access to purchase additional Works and Services, including: • Infrastructure support for the Organization’s branded learning management system (LMS) subdomain in the Canvas LMS • System-building consultation and planning to promote EarlyEdU approach throughout the state professional development (PD) system, including state competency and standards alignment to promote articulation • Customized training for faculty and other Organization stakeholders • Organizational instance of the EarlyEdU Approach course for your own facilitation or with EarlyEdU facilitation • Customized media library and storage options • Coach and Educator Community Interface (CECI, formerly known as Customized Coaching Companion) application and integration • Customized and downloadable widgets and other social media templates Additional goods and services are available upon request (associated costs based on the scope of work for Organization).

WORKS AND SERVICES. The provision or carrying out of works services or things of any kind (including improvements replacements and renewal of the Management Offices or any item of equipment therein or referred to in this Category) for the operation and management of the Structure as the Landlord thinks fit 1 MAINTENANCE The maintenance cleansing decoration repair renewal replacement improvement and keeping in good and substantial repair and condition (including as necessary the periodic inspecting examining overhauling burning off preparing painting washing down decorating burnishing or otherwise treating) of the Common Parts and the provision replacement repair renewal and (where necessary or appropriate) alteration and improvement of any appliances and equipment used in the repair and maintenance thereof 2 CLEAN AND LIGHT The cleansing and lighting of the Common Parts (including the cleaning of windows lifts stairs and lobbies thereof) and the provision of heating cooling or mechanical ventilation (if any) thereto 3 LANDSCAPING The planting and maintenance of landscape features and other decorative items and the provision of decorative lighting and floodlighting including the provision and maintenance of any plants shrubs trees grassed areas and grown or cut flowers in the Common Parts
WORKS AND SERVICES. Protective clothing and footwear required to be worn by the Works and Services staff will be supplied at no cost to the Employee and be replaced on an as needed basis by the Council. The standard protective clothing and footwear provided to full-time Works and Services Employees on commencement is as follows: ▪ 5 long sleeved high visibility Shirts ▪ 5 Trousers ▪ 5 items of high visibility warm clothing ▪ Steel Cap Safety footwear Pro-rata protective clothing will be issued to part-time Works and Services Employees. Replacement of items damaged through work related incidents or general wear and tear will occur providing that the items are presented to the Depot Administration Officer. Any variation or alternative approval to this process is at the discretion of the Manager Project Works & Services. Works and Services office based Employees will be entitled to the equivalent uniform allowance of a Council Officer. Any Officer required to also attend worksites as part of their employment must comply with Council policy and procedure and work health and safety obligations, therefore, will be provided with approved protective clothing and footwear. Should an Employee wish to purchase items in excess of the allocated amount, the residual cost is to be met by the Employee. Where an Employee is required to wear prescription glasses, and requires safety glasses for the purposes of PPE, Council will fund one (1) pair of prescription safety glasses as per Council Policy.

  • Content and Services Neither Licensor nor the provider of the wireless network is the provider of any financial services available through or related to the Software, and neither Licensor nor the provider of the wireless network or any contractor of the provider of the financial services available through or related to the Software, is responsible for any of the materials, information, products or services made available to you via the Software.

  • Support and Services ISD and HC agree to the following conditions: A. HC agrees to the following for both the mathematics and English language arts courses: i. To share data and provide feedback regarding student success on entry‐level college mathematics and English language arts courses; ii. To train advisors to recognize and honor course(s) on school district transcripts; iii. To ensure that eligible students are counseled directly into college level mathematics, English language arts, and all other courses that require mathematics and English language arts college readiness; B. HC agrees to the following for the college preparatory mathematics courses: i. To provide the Student Learning Outcomes; ii. To provide the syllabi for the courses being offered. iii. To provide regular meetings between the HC faculty and ISD faculty teaching the course. C. HC agrees to the following for the college preparatory English language arts course: i. To provide the Student Learning Outcomes for Integrated Reading/Writing (INRW 0303) course; ii. To provide the syllabi, including types of essays required (i.e., expository, persuasive, and critical analysis). iii. To provide regular meetings between the HC faculty and ISD faculty teaching the course. D. ISD agrees to the following for both the mathematics and English language arts courses: i. To provide highly qualified instructors for the courses being taught; ii. To identify students who are not college ready as stated in HB 5; iii. To provide professional development and resources required to teach the mathematics and English language arts courses; iv. To identify successful completion of the course(s) on the student transcripts as determined by the State of Texas PEIMS number; v. To provide curriculum for the course that is consistent with HC Student Learning Outcomes; vi. To provide assistance with admission, enrollment, and financial aid applications; E. ISD agrees to the following for the college preparatory mathematics course: i. To teach a math course designed to focus on college mathematics (algebraic or non‐algebraic) concepts; ii. Require students to meet college readiness scores on the TSI Assessment; iii. To meet regularly with HC faculty. F. ISD agrees to the following for the college preparatory English language arts course: i. To teach an integrated Reading and Writing course that focuses on critical reading and college‐level writing; ii. Require students to meet college readiness scores on the TSI Assessment; iii. To meet regularly with HC faculty.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition. 13.2 If the Hosting of Customer Data by Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract contributes to or directly causes a Data Breach, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1 related to breach reporting requirements and associated costs. Likewise if such Hosting contributes to or directly causes a Security Incident, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1, as applicable. 14 Change Management

  • Voice Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed per-minute rates ranging from $0.000 to $0.000 for the following Voice Services: Domestic Voice Service: Domestic Outbound Voice Service, including Calling Card and Domestic Inbound Voice Service based on origination and termination type. Data Services:

  • The Services The HSP agrees to provide the Services on the terms and conditions of this PFA including all of its Appendices and schedules.

  • Hosted Services 3.1 The Provider hereby grants to the Customer a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the Hosted Services for the business purposes of the Customer in accordance with the Documentation during the Term. 3.2 The Provider shall create an Account for the Customer and shall provide to the Customer login details for that Account to enable the Customer to configure and administer the Hosted Services and enable registration of Customer End Users. 3.3 Except to the extent expressly permitted in this Agreement or required by law on a non- excludable basis, the licence granted by the Provider to the Customer under Clause 3.1 is subject to the following prohibitions: (a) the Customer must not sub-license its right to use the Hosted Services; (b) the Customer must not make any alteration to the Platform; and (c) the Customer must not conduct or request that any other person conduct any load testing or penetration testing on the Platform or Hosted Services without the prior written consent of the Provider. 3.5 The Customer shall use reasonable endeavours, including appropriate organisational and technical measures relating to Account access details, to ensure that no unauthorised person may gain access to the Hosted Services using an Account. 3.6 The parties acknowledge and agree that Schedule 2 (Availability SLA) shall govern the availability of the Hosted Services. 3.7 The Customer must ensure that all persons using the Hosted Services with the authority of the Customer or by means of an Account comply with the Terms Of Use. 3.8 The Customer must not use the Hosted Services in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Hosted Services or Platform or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Hosted Services. 3.9 The Customer must not use the Hosted Services: (a) in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful; or (b) in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity. 3.10 For the avoidance of doubt, the Customer has no right to access the software code (including object code, intermediate code and source code) of the Platform, either during or after the Term. 3.11 The Provider may suspend the provision of the Hosted Services if any amount due to be paid by the Customer to AWS for the benefit of the Provider under this Agreement is overdue, and the Provider has given to the Customer at least 30 days' written notice, following the amount becoming overdue, of its intention to suspend the Hosted Services on this basis.

  • Programs and Services Every aspect of the service you provide is considered part of your program, and therefore it must be accessible to individuals with disabilities.   • Services to Others Clients Nothing contained in this Agreement shall limit or restrict (i) the freedom of the Sub-adviser, or any affiliated person thereof, to render investment management and corporate administrative services to other investment companies, to act as investment manager or investment counselor to other persons, firms, or corporations, or to engage in any other business activities, or (ii) the right of any director, officer, or employee of the Sub-adviser, who may also be a director, officer, or employee of the Fund, to engage in any other business or to devote his or her time and attention in part to the management or other aspects of any other business, whether of a similar nature or a dissimilar nature.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.
