Xxxx Hours. In order for an Alternative Work Arrangement to succeed, it must be a seamless operation. The Employee needs to be as accessible during the agreed-upon work hours just as on-site colleagues are regardless of work location.
Xxxx Hours. For the purposes of this Article, a regular workweek of up to forty (40) hours of work, excluding lunch periods, shall constitute a normal full-time workweek for full-time Employees. Shift shall be defined as the start and end times of the Employee's work day. Shifts shall be designated at the discretion of the Company to fulfill the needs of the Client. Per the National Labor Relations Act, changes in shifts must be negotiated with the Union prior to implementation of any such changes unless necessary to meet Client coverage requirements. Nothing contained herein shall guarantee to any Employee any number of hours of work per day or week. Every Employee shall receive a minimum of eight (8) hours in between scheduled shifts. The Company will make an effort to afford Employees a minimum of eight (8) hours in between a scheduled shift and training event. In the instances this cannot be accomplished, the Company will discuss training options with the Employee. However, the Employees and Union agree Employees must maintain all certifications and training qualifications to remain eligible for employment on the contract. For example: an Employee is scheduled to work from 1400 to 2200, the Employee shall not be required to return to duty until at least 0600 on the following day. Compliance with this section is not required in the event of an emergency, or if the Employee chooses to work by coming in early or staying after his or her scheduled shift.
Xxxx Hours. During an ordinary work week, Employee shall be available during Enfusion’s ordinary office hours described under Section 5 of the Agreement (“Work Hours”) unless otherwise agreed to, in writing, by Employee and the XXX.0.
Xxxx Hours. In all steps of the grievance procedure, if the District requires such steps to be held during the work hours of the grievant or the grievant's representative (if a District employee), such employees will be excused with pay for that purpose. Employees required by the District to attend an arbitration hearing during their working hours shall be excused from work with pay. Arbitration hearings shall not be held during employee work hours without mutual consent of the Union and the District.
Xxxx Hours. 1. For the Whitehall Ferry Terminal, “Rush Hours” shall be 0630-1000 and 1530-2000, Monday thru Friday.
