Xxxxxxxx Requirements. 1Term The Agreement will begin on the Commencement Date and (unless terminated in accordance with clause 12) will continue until the End Date.
Xxxxxxxx Requirements. 1The Service Provider shall comply, and shall procure the compliance of the Service Provider Staff, with the Security Requirements and the Security Management Plan and the Service Provider shall ensure that the Security Management Plan produced by the Service Provider fully complies with the Security Requirements.
Xxxxxxxx Requirements. If the Site, or any other property where access is needed to implement this Settlement, is owned or controlled by any of the Respondents, such Respondents shall, commencing on the Effective Date, provide EPA, the State, and their representatives, including contractors, with access at all reasonable times to the Site, or such other property, for the purpose of conducting any activity related to this Settlement. Where any action under this Settlement is to be performed in areas owned or controlled by someone other than Respondents, Respondents shall use best efforts to obtain all necessary agreements for access, enforceable by Respondents and EPA, within __ days after the Effective Date, or as otherwise specified in writing by the OSC. As used in this Section, “best efforts” means the efforts that a reasonable person in the position of Respondents would use to achieve the goal in a timely manner, including the cost of employing professional assistance and the payment of reasonable sums of money to secure access [or use restriction] agreements, as required by this Section. If Respondents cannot accomplish what is required through “best efforts” in a timely manner, they shall notify EPA, and include a description of the steps taken to achieve the requirements. If EPA deems it appropriate, it may assist Respondents, or take independent action, to obtain such access [and/or use restrictions]. Any Respondent who owns or controls any property at the Site shall, prior to entering into a contract to Transfer any of its property that is part of the Site, or 60 days prior to a Transfer of such property, whichever is earlier, (a) give written notice to the proposed transferee that the property is subject to this Settlement; and (b) give written notice to EPA [and the State] of the proposed Transfer, including the name and address of the transferee. Any Respondent who owns or controls property at the Site also agrees to require that their successors comply with this Section IX and Section XIX (Records). Notwithstanding any provision of the Settlement, EPA [and the State] retain[s] all of its [their] access authorities and rights[, as well as all of its [their] rights to require land, water, or other resource use restrictions], including related enforcement authorities under CERCLA, RCRA, and any other applicable statute or regulations.
Xxxxxxxx Requirements. In addition to any security-related changes that DRM Provider may be required to implement pursuant to Section 3.1, throughout the Term, the DRM Provider shall (a) maintain the security of the DRM and of the procedures and operations of the DRM Provider relative to the DRM at a level no less than the level as of the Effective Date, and (b) use commercially reasonable efforts to make improvements and changes reasonably necessary to protect against any vulnerabilities that would have a material and adverse effect on the integrity or security of the Ecosystem or UltraViolet Content.
Xxxxxxxx Requirements. (a) Any person wishing to enter any Australian Defence Force establishment ("Establishment") must comply with all relevant Commonwealth Requirements and other relevant local rules and regulations relating to the entry to and conditions upon remaining within the Establishment.

(i) where the Consultant (and any of its employees, agents or subconsultants) require access to an Establishment over a period of greater than one day, the relevant person must comply with all relevant security induction procedures; and

Xxxx Acquisition A data acquisition system (DAS) shall be provided as part of the DCS and shall include a performance and monitoring package to track the unit and plant performance. The system shall average, weight average, and integrate pressures, temperatures, flows, calculated values, etc., as required for the performance calculations, logs, etc. An OSI-PI system shall also be provided. OSI-PI system shall interface with the independent PI system through the plant DCS. The PI system shall have 200% of the plant DCS I/O count capability with 2-PI process book licenses. The DAS shall, as a minimum, perform the following functions:
8.2.1. 1Sequence-of-Events Recording The DCS shall provide scanning of not less than 150 digital (contact) inputs for the sequential events recording (SER) system. These inputs shall be scanned to discriminate between contact operations, which occur a minimum of one millisecond apart, and print them in their proper sequence when they are opening and closing. Each event shall be printed on the log printer as an individual event. The complete time shall be parted out in hours, minutes, seconds, and milliseconds with each sequential event contract status change. The DCS shall include sufficient buffer storage in the data acquisition system memory structure for the SER programs to ensure that the system will not fail to detect a contact operation due to storage or print buffer filling. The DCS shall include the SER program to permit storage of the sequence of events log in the Historical Storage and Retrieval (HSR) system in addition to printing the information on the log printer. The HSR shall be sized large enough to store all sequence-of-events logs.
8.2.1. 2Logging The system shall log pre-selected variables at one-hour intervals beginning at 1:00 AM. Values shall be printed at the end of each 24-hour period at midnight on the log printer. The variables shall consist of calculated values, averaged values, integrated values, instantaneous values, weight-averaged values, or the maximum value for the time period. The variables and the exact format of the log shall be agreed to by the Purchaser. Data shall be logged on sheets in column form with data for any given variable tabulated in one vertical column. The data currently being accumulated for the log shall be protected in case of system failure. The log program shall automatically re-initiate the accumulation of data following a system fail over without loss of data.

The DAS shall, as a minimum, perform the following functions: Time-stamp and store all data point at user-specified level of accuracy to common database Redundant hard drive storage of at least 365 days of data Archive storage on optical or other remotely accessible storage system Provide for direct transfer of files in MS Windows software.
Xxxxxxxx Requirements. A. Grantee shall ensure that staff comply with minimum training requirements of personnel operating under this Contract. Compliance will be monitored by DSHS.
B. Grantee shall notify DSHS of completed trainings in the Semiannual Reports referenced in Section VII, Reporting Requirements, herein.
C. Grantee shall require their staff to attend and ensure attendance of training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS and described in this Section.
D. Grantee shall require their staff identified to complete Congenital Syphilis investigations, reviews, and approvals, and their backups to complete DSHS approved Congenital Syphilis Basics Training within six (6) months of being identified to complete the investigations.
E. DIS staff members must:
1. Read and acknowledge Chapters 3 (HIV/STI Partner Services and Seropositive Notification), 8 (HIV/STI Surveillance), 9 (Disease Intervention Specialists Performance Standards) and 23 (Congenital Syphilis) of the DSHS HIV/STD Program POPS;
2. Complete DSHS-approved Fundamentals of STD Intervention (FSTDI), including all prerequisites, within six (6) months of employment;
