Sleep time definition

Sleep time means time an employee may sleep, which is compensable as follows. Where an employee's shift is 24 hours or longer, up to 8 hours of sleeping time may be excluded from overtime compensation, if:

  • Sleep time may be excluded in the case of law enforcement employees who are on duty for more than twenty-four (24) hours.

Related to Sleep time

  • Central Clock Time or "CCT" means Central Daylight Time when Daylight Savings Time is in effect and Central Standard Time when Daylight Savings Time is not in effect.
