A person who is eligible for tenure shall be notified of this eligibility in writing at the time of appointment. Any person whose appointment is solely dependent upon grant or contract funds typically is not eligible for tenure. When faculty in other appointment categories are offered and accept a tenure-track Board appointment, allowance may be made for prior experience, subject to the approval of the xxxxxxx. Credit for prior service will be determined at the time of the tenure-track appointment and shall be stipulated in the letter of offer. Meeting the qualifying requirements establishes eligibility, but does not ensure promotion. Exceptions to these criteria are possible, as specified below.
QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS. 3.1 The qualifying requirements for the work shall be in accordance with Clause 2 of Instruction to Bidders (INB).
QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS a. Must have annual turnover of consulting portfolio (average of past 3 financial years of the firm) equal to or more than Rs. 2 Crores from consultancy business. Annual turnover should be duly certified by statutory body like Chartered Accountant or Independent Auditors who are competent to do so as recognized by the State concerned. b. Must have done at least three assignments, each of Rs. 10 lacs or more, with Electricity Regulatory Commission during the past 5 financial years (i.e., 1st April, 2015 to 31st March, 2020) of providing assistance to Electricity Regulatory Commission in analyzing the ARR / APR / Tariff / MYT / True-Up petitions filings or Orders and finalizing ARR / APR / Tariff or MYT Orders of any distribution utility in the country. The bidder is required to submit work order indicating the value of work awarded in support along with a certificate declaring that the work has been completed satisfactorily. c. Must have an experience of at least 3 years in ARR / APR / Tariff / MYT / True-Up petitions filings or Orders of distribution utilities from side of the regulator or the utility. d. Must undertake that the consultant or his partners / promoters / directors are not associated with the concerned licensees in their filing of True-Up of FY 2019-20, Annual Performance Review (APR) of FY 2020-21 and Aggregate Revenue Requirement (ARR) of FY 2021-22 for the 6 distribution licensees (DVVNL, MVVNL, PVVNL, PuVVNL, KESCo. & NPCL) and 1 transmission licensee (UPPTCL) and SLDC as per applicable Regulations (full scope of work as defined in the TOR). If the above condition is not met by the consultant, then the said consultant will automatically stand disqualified. The Parties shall consider qualified to benefit from the application of this Agreement, persons of either jurisdiction who meet the following requirements: (a) Submit an individual application to: (i) For citizens of Sweden: the Embassy or the Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China in Sweden, or the Immigration Department of the HKSAR; and (ii) For residents of the HKSAR: the Consulate General of Sweden in Hong Kong or online at the designated authority; (b) Comply with all relevant immigration legislation and regulations, including admissibility, of the other jurisdiction, to the extent not already set out in Article 2 Paragraph 1(c) to (i) below; (c) Be between the ages of 18 and 30 inclusive on the date that the application is submitted pursuant to Article 2 Paragraph 1(a) of this Agreement; (d) Be a Swedish citizen holding a valid passport of Sweden or be ordinarily resident in the HKSAR holding a valid HKSAR passport or a valid British National (Overseas) passport; (e) Be in possession of a return ticket or sufficient financial resources to purchase such a ticket and have the financial resources necessary to provide for their needs at the beginning of their authorised period of stay, at the discretion of the relevant authorities; (f) Not be accompanied by dependant(s); (g) Pay the applicable fee(s), which include(s) but not limited to the fee for a working holiday visa; (h) Be in possession of a comprehensive insurance for medical and health care, including hospitalisation, repatriation and liability, for their entire authorised period of stay; (i) Intend to enter the other Party´s jurisdiction primarily for a holiday, with employment being incidental rather than the primary reason for the visit. 2. The Parties shall permit qualified persons to benefit from the application of this Agreement only once. The duration of the authorised period of stay may not exceed one (1) year. Extension of stay applications shall not normally be considered. 3. The Parties shall not consider persons to be unqualified solely on the grounds of their lack of knowledge of the language(s) of the other jurisdiction.

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS. 1. The Parties shall consider that citizens who fall under one of the categories referred to in Article 2 are qualified to benefit from the application of this Agreement, if they meet the following requirements: (a) For Canada: Greek citizens who submit an individual application to the Canadian diplomatic mission or consular office in the Hellenic Republic or in the country in which they are present and have been lawfully admitted; (b) For the Hellenic Republic: Canadian citizens who submit, first, an individual application in order to benefit from this Agreement and an application for the relevant national long stay visa to the competent Greek consular Authority in Canada or in the country in which they legally reside, and second, who submit an individual application for residence permit to the competent Migration Authorities in the Hellenic Republic, as soon as possible after their entry into the country; (c) They are between the ages of 18 and 35, inclusive, on the date the application is received by the diplomatic mission or consular office; (d) They are Canadian or Greek citizens and hold a Canadian or Greek passport which: (i) is valid until a date after the expected period of stay under this Agreement, (ii) contains at least two blank pages, and (iii) was issued within the previous 10 years; (e) They have, before arriving in the host country, a departure ticket to leave the host country or sufficient financial resources to cover the cost of their departure from the host country; (f) They have proof of sufficient financial resources to cover the expenses involved at the beginning of their stay; (g) They pay the applicable fee(s) to benefit from the application of this Agreement;
QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS. Pre-Qualification Criteria (PQC) 6.1 Commercial Pre- Qualification Criteria Documents required (To be Submitted along with technical bid): i) For Proprietorship firm - Name of the proprietor to be mentioned. Affidavit of proprietorship in original duly notarized (Latest). ii) For partnership firms –Affidavit in originals duly notarized, confirming the current status of the firm along with names of the partners or copy of partnership deed duly notarized (latest) to be submitted iii) For limited companies, notarized copy of Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum & Articles of Association and copy of allotment of Director Identification Number (DIN) number. “Proof of ATO shall be submitted in the form of Audited Balance Sheet along with statement of Profit & Loss Account certified by Chartered Accountant (CA)”. Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) No. of CA must be clearly indicated in the above statement.
