100% Final Plans. Xxxxxx-Xxxx will incorporate comments from the NCDOT 60% plan review into the 100% final plans. The 100% final plans and encroachment agreement will be submitted to the Town and NCDOT for review/approval. Xxxxxx-Xxxx will provide a Quality Control/Quality Assurance review of the 100% final construction plans prior to submittal. Xxxxxx-Xxxx will revise the plans based on one round of comments from the Town and NCDOT. Once approved, Xxxxxx-Xxxx will prepare the bid package including the 100% final plans, technical specifications, Opinion of Probable Construction Cost and bid documents including construction-ready drawings, special conditions, and unit price proposal page. Xxxxxx-Xxxx will upload the bid documents to an online plans library for download by interested parties once the project is advertised. Xxxxxx-Xxxx will attend one (1) Pre-Bid Meeting and one (1) Pre- Construction Meeting to be conducted by the Town. In addition to development of the bid documents, bid phase services include bid advertisement, attendance at the pre-bid conference, attendance at the bid opening, bid tabulation, evaluation of bids, contractor recommendation and attendance at the pre- construction conference. Task 2 – Hydraulics Xxxxxx-Xxxx will perform hydraulic analysis for proposed storm drainage pipes and linear ditches along the proposed alignment of the sidewalk. This analysis will be based upon the topographical information included in the survey and base information available for drainage designs such as GIS contour information, USGS Quad maps, and FEMA information. All hydraulic designs will be completed in accordance with the Town of Harrisburg and NCDOT requirements for Hydraulic Design, whichever is more stringent. The anticipated tasks associated with the drainage design to be performed in concurrence with the 60% plans include: · Conduct field reconnaissance of existing drainage features and patterns associated with existing pipes and existing ditches. · Design proposed ditches necessary to accommodate the proposed runoff. Design proposed storm drain systems (drop inlets, open end pipes, catch basins, etc.) along the proposed curb and gutter sections utilizing StormCAD or Geopak Drainage software. · Draft the proposed drainage features (ditches, cross pipes, inlets, etc.) and all associated labeling. · Draft the proposed ditches into the plan sheets.   • Final Plans On or before thirty (30) days following the date of full execution of this Lease, Landlord shall submit to Tenant two (2) sets of Landlord’s proposed space and construction plans and specifications prepared by Landlord’s architect, for the Tenant Improvements, Within three (3) business days after receipt of Landlord’s plans and specifications Tenant shall either: (a) evidence its approval by endorsement on one (1) set of said plans and specifications (and return such signed or initialed set to Landlord); or (b) indicate those revisions or corrections which Tenant requires and the reasons therefor; provided Landlord shall not be obligated to accept any revisions which Landlord shall reasonably determine: (i) do not conform to the standards of design, motif and decor reasonably established or adopted by Landlord for the Building; (ii) would subject Landlord or the Premises to any additional cost, expense, liability, violation, fine, penalty, or forfeiture; would adversely affect the reputation, character, or nature of the Building; (iii) would provide for or require any installation of work which is or might be unlawful, create an unsound or dangerous condition, adversely affect the structural soundness of the Premises or Building; (iv) interfere with or abridge the use and enjoyment of any adjoining or other space in the Building, or (v) is of a special use or nature with little or no residual value (unless Tenant agrees to pay for such improvements and the removal thereof upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease). Landlord shall, within five (5) days thereafter, submit four (4) sets of proposed plans and specifications, as so revised or corrected, to Tenant for its approval in accordance with this paragraph, which plans will then be considered the final plans (the “Final Plans”). The Final Plans may subsequently be amended by Tenant provided that significant changes will require Landlord’s prior written approval, which approval shall be given or reasonably refused within five (5) business days after receipt of such amended plans and specifications and, provided further that if such change order will delay the anticipated Commencement Date specified in Section 1 of the Lease the change order shall be considered a Tenant Delay (as hereinafter defined). The parties will work cooperatively to complete the plan approval process expeditiously.

Drawings shall show overall building dimensions and major lines of dimension.

  • Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.

For example, Academic Professionals often travel on University business and/or work evenings and weekends. A flexible work schedule is defined as having established working hours different from the standard 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday schedule, to be followed by an employee for an agreed upon period of time.

  • Construction Plans Tenant shall prepare final plans and specifications for the Tenant Improvements that (a) are consistent with and are logical evolutions of the Approved Schematic Plans and (b) incorporate any other Tenant-requested (and Landlord-approved) Changes (as defined below). As soon as such final plans and specifications ("Construction Plans") are completed, Tenant shall deliver the same to Landlord for Landlord's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. All such Construction Plans shall be submitted by Tenant to Landlord in electronic .pdf, CADD and full-size hard copy formats, and shall be approved or disapproved by Landlord within ten (10) business days after delivery to Landlord. Landlord's failure to respond within such ten (10) business day period shall be deemed approval by Landlord. If the Construction Plans are disapproved by Landlord, then Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing of its objections to such Construction Plans, and the parties shall confer and negotiate in good faith to reach agreement on the Construction Plans. Promptly after the Construction Plans are approved by Landlord and Tenant, two (2) copies of such Construction Plans shall be initialed and dated by Landlord and Tenant, and Tenant shall promptly submit such Construction Plans to all appropriate Governmental Authorities for approval. The Construction Plans so approved, and all change orders approved (to the extent required) by Landlord, are referred to herein as the "Approved Plans."
