Accident Review Committee. An Accident Review Committee with management and Union members will be established to review all incidents/accidents in the Transportation Department and to make recommendations regarding those incidents/accidents. The committee will meet monthly, unless mutually agreed upon.

Accident Review Committee. X. Xxxxxxxx to Xxxxxxxx X-00000-XX/XXXX, the Vehicle Accident Review Committee (VARC) was established and authorized to identify preventable accidents to help reduce loss of time, productivity and resources of the District.
Accident Review Committee. The Accident Review Committee will consist of two members from the District and two drivers chosen by the Association. In case of a tie vote, the Transportation Manager will decide the issue.
Accident Review Committee. The Town and the Union shall establish an Accident Review Committee that shall meet to review accidents that occur and the Committee shall make recommendations on actions to be taken by the Town to prevent similar accidents from reoccurring.
Accident Review Committee. As a supplement to the Accident Review Committee provisions outlined in the First Transit Employee Handbook:
Accident Review Committee. The District and the Union agree to create a committee to work out the specific language dealing with driver safety and awards. Changes in the language must be by mutual agreement between the Union and the District.
Accident Review Committee. The Parties hereto agree to the formation of a Joint Committee w hose purpose and function is to meet periodically to review vehicle accident occurrences. The City shall appoint tw o (2) members and the Union may appoint three (3) members from the driving w orkforce to be on this committee. The Committee’ s role shall be:
Accident Review Committee. A. Pursuant to Bulletin P-11371-FO/EBRM, the Vehicle Accident Review Committee (VARC) was established and authorized to identify preventable accidents to help reduce loss of time, productivity and resources of the District.
B. The VARC’s composition and operation will be as stipulated in the above-referenced bulletin.
C. The Parties agree that any Union member who is requested to appear before the District’s Vehicle Accident Review Committee may have Union representation at that meeting.
D. A revised Vehicle Accident Review Committee (VARC) structure is being developed by the District. When it is completed, the District will share it with the Union and if it gains Union support, it will replace Bulletin P- 11371-FO/EBRM.
Accident Review Committee. All Employees covered by this Agreement will have the right to appeal any preventable accident deemed as such by the Accident Review Committee. The appeal must be filed within ten (10) working days of receiving written notice from the Accident Review Committee. An appeal hearing shall be scheduled no later than thirty (30) days after the Employee has filed the appeal. The Union agrees that the preventability of an accident is not grievable.

(c) This position will not be included in the Statutory Holiday Sign-up,

(e) Overtime will be calculated as follows: After eight (8) hours/day; after forty (40) hours/week.
