Accommodation and Travel. Where it is applicable for Accommodation and Travel to apply the employee entitlements will be prescribed in the Notice of Offer of Casual or Fixed Term Employment.

All accommodation must be located within reasonable travel distance from the Mine. Camp accommodation must consist of a self-contained room with refrigerator, private storage space and lockable doors. 5.9.2 Access to Fly-in Fly-Out arrangements will be in accordance with the Anglo American Metallurgical Coal Fly-In Fly Out Guidelines.
Accommodation and Travel. 6.1 Team members will be accommodated in double rooms (each room with autonomous AC, kitchenette, bathroom) at dormitory of Kutaisi International University. 6.2 All the others will be accommodated in single rooms at Kutaisi International University dormitory. 6.3 The LOC shall provide members participating at the IOC meeting mentioned in 3.6 with board and lodging for no extra costs. 6.4 The LOC will provide local transport free of charge if required, including transfer from the Kutaisi airport or bus/train station on 7th of July 2021 to the Competition venue, and back to the airport or station for the participants on 14th of July 2021 and for the IOC Meeting attendees on 16th of July 2021. 6.5 The Secretary General, the President and the staff will arrive up to 3 days before the start of the Competition for organizational and technical purposes. The LOC undertakes to provide board and lodging for them for this period. Moreover, Fight Assistants, IT support and office assistants are required to arrive before 6th of July in order to be given instructions.
Accommodation and Travel. Where an employee is required to work in a locality that is not their normal place of residence: A non-local employee shall be entitled to one of the following: (i) Transfield Services will provide access to full food and board free of charge. Single accommodation with reverse cycle air-conditioning fridges and TV jacks will be supplied where available. Rooms will be serviced weekly.; or (ii) if the above is not available, to be provided with free accommodation of a satisfactory standard and paid either: (a) a daily allowance of $32.15 per day for seven days of each week; or (b) supplied with meal vouchers of equivalent value; or (c) if the above is not available, by agreement between the Company, the employee and the relevant parties to this Agreement, to be paid an allowance of $375.00 per week. This allowance will require the statement in Appendix C to be completed

Accommodation and Travel. Owner shall make all accommodations, travel and transportation arrangements for Contractor's personnel to and from the Site, or reimburse Contractor at Contractor's cost for pre-approved accommodations, travel and transportation expenses. Owner shall provide camp accommodations at the Site for Contractor and Subcontractor personnel, at no cost to Contractor or any Subcontractor; provided that Contractor reasonably participates in advance planning and provides manpower schedules and updates thereto on an annual basis. Owner may reasonably charge Contractor for camp accommodations for all excess supervisory and labor personnel of Contractor greater than 105% of the manpower schedule provided to Owner, except to the extent any excess personnel is at the Site at Owner's direction.
Accommodation and Travel. The Employer will provide apprentices with access to company charter flights for the purpose of travelling to and from school at locations where the charter normally flies, subject to seat availability.

  • Education and Training The foundation of this Program is education and voluntary compliance. It is recognized that alcohol and chemical dependency may make voluntary cessation of use difficult, and one of the Program’s principal aims is to make voluntary steps toward ending substance abuse easily available. The outside contractor shall review and develop on-going educational and training information on the adverse consequences of substance abuse and the responsibility to avoid being under the influence of alcohol or chemicals at work. Certain training required by the DOT Regulations shall be the responsibility of the Substance Abuse Program.

  • Orientation and Training A transferring employee will be orientated separately to both or their new home in accordance with Article 20 the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • STUDENTS AND TRAINEES Payments which a student, or an apprentice or business, technical, agricultural or forestry trainee, who is or was immediately before visiting a Contracting State a resident of the other Contracting State and who is present in the first-mentioned State solely for the purpose of his education or training receives for the purpose of his maintenance, education or training shall not be taxed in that State, provided that such payments arise from sources outside that State.

  • Accommodation The Parents and Student agree that no changes to accommodation arrangements will be made without the prior written agreement of the School.

  • Travel No expenses for travel will be reimbursed unless specifically authorized by this Contract. Permitted expenses will be reimbursed at the rate paid by the State and in accordance with the Budget Agency’s Financial Management Circular – Travel Policies and Procedures in effect at the time the expenditure is made. Out-of-state travel requests must be reviewed by the State for availability of funds and for conformance with Circular guidelines.

  • Employment and Training Administration The ratio of trainees to journeymen on the job site shall not be greater than permitted under the plan approved by the Employment and Training Administration. Every trainee must be paid at not less than the rate specified in the approved program for the trainee's level of progress, expressed as a percentage of the journeyman hourly rate specified in the applicable wage determination. Trainees shall be paid fringe benefits in accordance with the provisions of the trainee program. If the trainee program does not mention fringe benefits, trainees shall be paid the full amount of fringe benefits listed on the wage determination unless the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division determines that there is an apprenticeship program associated with the corresponding journeyman wage rate on the wage determination which provides for less than full fringe benefits for apprentices. Any employee listed on the payroll at a trainee rate who is not registered and participating in a training plan approved by the Employment and Training Administration shall be paid not less than the applicable wage rate on the wage determination for the classification of work actually performed. In addition, any trainee performing work on the job site in excess of the ratio permitted under the registered program shall be paid not less than the applicable wage rate on the wage determination for the work actually performed. In the event the Employment and Training Administration withdraws approval of a training program, the contractor will no longer be permitted to utilize trainees at less than the applicable predetermined rate for the work performed until an acceptable program is approved.

  • Business and Travel Expenses Upon presentation of reasonable substantiation and documentation as the Company may specify from time to time, the Employee shall be reimbursed in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy, for all reasonable out-of-pocket business and travel expenses incurred and paid by the Employee during the Employment Term and in connection with the performance of the Employee’s duties hereunder.

  • Meals Meals charged to the School District should represent mid-fare selections for the hotel/meeting facility or general area, consistent with the maximum allowable reimbursement amount set by the Board. Tips are included with meal charges. Expense forms must explain the meal charges incurred. Alcoholic beverages will not be reimbursed.
