Accrued Day Off (ADO. (a) All full-time employees are entitled to apply for a work arrangement in accordance with subclause 15(b) below, which provides for an ADO. The Employer will consider such applications and will not unreasonably refuse an application.

Accrued Day Off (ADO. An ADO system of work may be implemented via a full-time employee working no more than 19 days in a four week period of 152 hours. Where an ADO system is implemented:
Accrued Day Off (ADO. Employees may, by agreement, accumulate Accrued Days Off (ADO). Those who elect to do so will be required to work for forty hours per week. When working a forty hour week two hours will be banked towards an ADO, i.e. you will be paid for thirty- eight hours only. Where the arrangement of ordinary hours of work provides for an ADO, the Employer and the employee concerned may agree to accrue up to a maximum of ten ADOs. Where such agreement has been reached, the ADOs shall be taken within twelve calendar months on which the first ADO was approved. Consent to accrue days off shall not be unreasonably withheld by either party. Where an employee leaves the company they shall be paid out their accumulated ADOs at the ordinary rate of pay. ADOs may only be taken at a time that suits the operational requirements of the business, subject to the approval of the Employer.
