Accumulated Days Off. (a) An employee may elect, with the consent of The Centre, to take an accumulated day off at any time.
(b) An employee may elect, with the consent of The Centre, to take accumulated days off in part day amounts.
(c) An employee may elect, with the consent of The Centre, to accrue some or all accumulated days off for the purpose of creating a bank to be drawn upon at a time mutually agreed between the employer and employee or subject to reasonable notice by the employee or the employer.
Accumulated Days Off. For each day worked and for each day a crew member is required to remain on board, such crew member shall accumulate time off (“A” Days) with pay according to the following schedule:

31.2 Full time employees who work in excess of 38 hours per week (averaged over a roster cycle in the case of rostered employees) will bank the additional hours worked, up to 2 hours per week (averaged over a roster cycle in the case of rostered employees), towards the accrual of Accumulated Days Off (ADOs).
31.3 ADOs may be accrued up to a maximum of 12 days per annum.
31.4 Any ADO accruals greater than 12 days will automatically be cashed out each year in January if untaken. Employees will be able to negotiate for ADOs not to be cashed out upon approval from their General Manager. If requested, TDSF may approve a cash out of accrued ADOs. All cash outs will be paid at the applicable pay rate at the time of cash out.
31.5 TDSF may require an employee to take an ADO at a mutually agreed time.
