Accumulated Days Off Clause Samples

The Accumulated Days Off clause defines how employees can accrue and use days off over a period of time. Typically, this clause outlines the rate at which days off are earned, any limits on how many can be carried over from one year to the next, and the process for requesting or using these days. Its core practical function is to provide clear guidelines for both employers and employees regarding time off entitlements, helping to prevent misunderstandings and ensure fair and consistent application of leave policies.
