ACCUMULATION OF PTO. All sick and vacation accruals shall cease the Saturday before the first full pay period after ratification. ACCUMULATION OF PTO. 1. PTO accrual begins on the first day of employment and accrues during all hours worked, including hours worked when called- in to work while in “on-call” status, and PTO/ESL, holidays worked, jury duty, and bereavement leave with a cap of eighty (80) hours within the designated two (2) week pay period.

  • Accumulation of Vacation Vacation leave may be accumulated to any amount provided that once during each fiscal year, each supervisor's accumulation must be reduced to two hundred and seventy-five (275) hours or less. If this is not accomplished on or before the last day of the fiscal year, the amount of vacation shall automatically be reduced to two hundred seventy-five (275) hours at the end of the fiscal year. Supervisors on a Military Leave under Appendix I shall earn vacation leave as though actually employed, without regard to the maximum accumulation set forth above. Vacation earned in excess of the maximum accumulation shall be taken within two (2) years of the date the supervisor returns from the Military Leave.

  • Accumulation of Leave ESL is cumulative to a maximum of thirty (30) working days (240 hours), after which time no additional leave may be earned until the leave balance is reduced through use of leave hours. An employee cannot have more than 240 hours of ESL credit in the bank at any time. The maximum ESL balance shall be pro-rated for employees who regularly work less than forty (40) hours per week.

  • Accumulation of Seniority The seniority of an employee shall continue to accrue during an absence due to:
