ACCUMULATION OF PTO. 1. PTO accrual begins on the first day of employment and accrues during all hours worked, including hours worked when called- in to work while in “on-call” status, and PTO/ESL, holidays worked, jury duty, and bereavement leave with a cap of eighty (80) hours within the designated two (2) week pay period.

Credit will be given for the employee's total length of service which is continuous with the Company, and other predecessor contractors who performed similar work, and was determined to be a predecessor to the Company under the Service Contract Act.
