ALL INCLUSIVE RATES OF PAY a) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, your normal rate of pay encompasses provisions for any allowances, overtime and penalty rates, annual leave loading, redundancy pay, long service leave and any other entitlements set out in any applicable industrial instruments or Acts that may otherwise have applied to your employment. b) The rates of pay in this agreement are based on ordinary hours of work up to an average of 38 hours per week. If, under a flexible workplace arrangement with us, you genuinely volunteer to work in excess or outside of these hours, you may receive payment for all hours worked at your normal hourly rate.

ALL INCLUSIVE RATES OF PAY a) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, your normal rate of pay encompasses provisions for any allowances, overtime and penalty rates, annual leave loading, redundancy pay, long service leave and any other entitlements set out in any applicable industrial instruments or Acts that may otherwise have applied to your employment. b) Depending upon your individual employment arrangements with us, you may receive a higher rate of pay in lieu of certain protected award conditions. If applicable, this higher rate will be mutually agreed upon in writing between us and may be adjusted from time to time by mutual consent.
ALL INCLUSIVE RATES OF PAY. The wage rates in section 3.4 provide payment in lieu of any / all protected award conditions that may otherwise apply. As a result, under this Workplace Agreement none of the following will be paid in addition to this hourly rate: - Incentive-based payments and bonuses - Casual loading - Annual Leave loading - Loaded rates of pay for public holidays (except as outlined in section 5.7) - Weekend penalties - Overtime penalties (except as outlined in section 4.2) - Meal allowance - Travel allowance - Shift allowances and/or loadings - On-call allowance - Divisional and district allowances.
ALL INCLUSIVE RATES OF PAY. The wage rates contained in section 3.4 shall include payment in lieu of any / all protected award conditions that may otherwise apply. Under this Workplace Agreement none of the following protected award conditions will be paid in addition to this rate: - Annual Leave loading (for eligible employees) - Incentive-based payments and bonuses (except as provided for in section 3.4.3) - Monetary allowances, including but not limited to dirty work allowance, confined space allowance, country allowance, divisional and district allowances, first aid allowance, forest work allowance, leading hand allowance, motor vehicle allowance, shift allowance and/or penalties, weekend work allowance and/or penalties, tool allowance, meal allowance, work away from home allowance, fares and travel allowance, and work under unpleasant conditions allowance.
ALL INCLUSIVE RATES OF PAY. Your normal rate of pay encompasses redundancy and long service leave entitlements, and by agreement with the majority of employees, in conjunction with other arrangements under this agreement, fairly compensates for any allowances, overtime, and penalty rates in any relevant industrial instrument that may otherwise have applied to your employment.

  • Rates of Pay (a) Employees shall be paid in accordance with the rates of pay negotiated by the Parties of this Agreement. For information purposes, the applicable rates of pay are recorded as Appendix A to this Agreement. (b) The distribution of paycheques shall be done in such a manner that the details of the paycheque shall be confidential.

  • RATES OF PAYMENT B3.1 Current Contract Rates. Included Timber that is removed by Purchaser and presented for Scaling in the product form stated in A2 shall be paid for at Current Contract Rates determined under this Section. “Current Contract Rates” shall be (a) Flat Rates and (b) Tentative Rates adjusted by the escalation procedures in B3.

  • Currency and Funds of Payment All Guarantors’ Obligations for payment will be paid in lawful currency of the United States of America and in immediately available funds, regardless of any law, regulation or decree now or hereafter in effect that might in any manner affect the Guaranteed Liabilities, or the rights of any Secured Party with respect thereto as against the Borrower or any other Loan Party, or cause or permit to be invoked any alteration in the time, amount or manner of payment by the Borrower or any other Loan Party of any or all of the Guaranteed Liabilities.

  • Interest Rates and Letter of Credit Fee Rates Payments and Calculations (a) Interest Rates. Except as provided in Section 2.13(c) and Section 2.15(a), all Obligations (except for the undrawn portion of the face amount of Letters of Credit) that have been charged to the Loan Account pursuant to the terms hereof shall bear interest at a per annum rate equal to the lesser of (i) the LIBOR Rate plus the Applicable Margin, or (ii) the maximum rate of interest allowed by applicable laws; provided, that following notice to Borrower in accordance with Section 2.15(a) hereof, all Obligations that have been charged to the Loan Account pursuant to the terms hereof shall bear interest at a per annum rate equal, during the duration of the circumstances described in Section 2.15(a), to the lesser of (A) the Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin as calculated pursuant to Section 2.15(a) or (B) the maximum rate of interest allowable by applicable laws.

  • Effective Rate The rate derived from the applicable Interest Rate Basis or Interest Rate Bases will be determined in accordance with the related provisions below. The interest rate in effect on each day will be based on: (1) if that day is an Interest Reset Date, the rate determined as of the Interest Determination Date immediately preceding that Interest Reset Date; or (2) if that day is not an Interest Reset Date, the rate determined as of the Interest Determination Date immediately preceding the most recent Interest Reset Date.

  • Rate of Pay a. An Employee who is employed as a teacher teaching on call shall be paid 1/189 of his/her category classification and experience, to a maximum of the rate at Category 5 Step 7, for each full day worked. b. Effective July 1, 2016, an Employee who is employed as a teacher teaching on call shall be paid 1/189 of his/her category classification and experience, to a maximum of the rate at Category 5 Step 8, for each full day worked.

  • CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES OF PAY ‌ 4.1 The classifications of employees covered under this Agreement and the corresponding rates of pay are set forth within Appendix “A” which is attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement. 4.2 Effective December 26, 2018,wages will be increased by .5% plus 100% of the annual average growth rate of the bi-monthly Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period June 2016 through June 2017 to the period June 2017 through June 2018, minimum 1.5% maximum 4%. 4.2.1 Effective December 25, 2019, wages will be increased by 1% plus 100% of the annual average growth rate of the bi-monthly Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period June 2017 through June 2018 to the period June 2018 through June 2019, minimum 1.5%, maximum 4%. 4.2.2 Effective January 6, 2021, wages will be increased by 1% plus 100% of the annual average growth rate of the bi-monthly Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period June 2018 through June 2019 to the period June 2019 through June 2020, minimum 1.5%, maximum 4%. 4.2.3 The base wage rates referenced above will be calculated by applying the appropriate percentage increase to base hourly rates or as otherwise provided for herein.   • Regular Rate of Pay The regular rate of pay shall be defined to include the employee's hourly wage rate (including the wage premium in lieu of benefits, if applicable), plus shift differential if the evening or night shift is a permanent assignment, certification pay, and lead pay when the employee has a regular (designated) lead assignment.
