Ancillary Fees. As used in this Agreement, fees other than Membership Fee charged for ancillary services provided by PPHC. These may include items such as laboratory charges, prescription medications, dietary supplements, medical equipment and supplies, shipping and/or handling fees associated with these services, and any diagnostic or treatment services that are not explicitly described in Appendix A of this agreement.
Ancillary Fees. Fees that are excluded from the EarlyBird Fee and for which you are independently responsible, if incurred, are listed on Attachment A, which is incorporated by reference herein. Certain other fees are not included in the EarlyBird Fees and are paid for separately by the client. These include, but are not limited to, margin costs, charges imposed directly by a mutual fund or ETF, fees associated with “step out” transactions if the account uses custodians or broker-dealers other than Apex, deferred sales charges, odd-lot differentials, transfer taxes, wire transfer and electronic fund fees, and other fees and taxes on brokerage accounts and securities transactions. In addition, EarlyBird, and/or the Custodian may charge fees in addition to the EarlyBird Fee for ancillary services as disclosed in Attachment A to this Advisory Agreement. In particular, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Advisory Agreement, you agree that, pursuant to the Customer Agreement, if you request the preparation and delivery of paper documents that EarlyBird, the Broker, and/or the Custodian normally provides in electronic form or that EarlyBird, the Broker, and/or the Custodian is not required to provide in paper form, EarlyBird, the Broker, and/or the Custodian charge additional fees for the preparation and delivery of such paper documents. From time to time, in their sole discretion, EarlyBird, the Broker, and/or the Custodian may adjust the amounts or types of fees they charge for ancillary services. Fees for ancillary services will be deducted from one of either your EarlyBird Account or your Funding Account in the same manner as you are charged for the EarlyBird Fee. As described in Section 4 above, when placing orders for various customers across portfolios, it may be necessary from time to time to aggregate orders and some of the orders aggregated may include accounts in which EarlyBird, our employees and/or principals, or Broker have an economic interest, and it is possible that some orders receive better execution than others. Additionally, as described in Section 11 above, our fee structure gives us an incentive to encourage you to open more accounts with us and use more of our services. Ancillary Fees. All fees paid to and received by the Manager under Lease Agreements for drop-off, pick-up or repositioning charges, handling fees, repair payments and repair insurance fees which are attributable to the Managed Containers.
Ancillary Fees. Ancillary Fees are fees other than the Membership Fee charged for ancillary services provided by Infinity Health. Ancillary Fees are due at the time of service and will be charged to the Member's bank account or pre•authorized credit card unless Member pays by another method at the time of service.
Ancillary Fees. Reasonable and customary fees acceptable to the Agencies and collected by servicers as income incidental to the servicing of the Mortgage Loans such as late fees, insurance administration fees and commissions, processing fees and assumption fees, which Ancillary Fees shall not, without the consent of Servicer (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld as to inflationary increases in fee amount or as to an additional fee type dictated by the Agencies), exceed, in fee amount or type, the fees charged by Subservicer as of November 28, 1996.
Ancillary Fees. The Buyer shall be entitled to all Ancillary Fees from and after the Agreement Date.
Ancillary Fees. Nationstar will be permitted to assess and collect various types of fees or income ancillary to the performance of the Servicing functions on the Mortgage Loans (“Ancillary Fees”), in reliance on Nationstar’s assurance that such Ancillary Fees comply with Servicing Standards. Attached as Exhibit D is a list of maximum Ancillary Fees assessed by Subservicer for additional services required by Mortgagors. In addition, Nationstar may assess and collect late fees as authorized by the Mortgage Note signed by the Mortgagor. With respect to the Mortgage Loans, Nationstar will not exceed any of these fees during the term of this Agreement without the prior written consent of Xxxxxx Xxx. Nationstar may not assess or collect any Ancillary Fee that would violate any Servicing Standards.

Ancillary Fees i. City shall pay an “Ancillary Fee” (Exhibit E) related to the direct costs to District for City’s use of District Facilities. The direct costs shall include, but not be limited to, costs for District staff required to be present at the District Facilities during City’s use. All users will be required to pay the fees for the District Facilities as outlined in Exhibit E. District will endeavor to provide an annual fee schedule for this Exhibit E by no later than May 31st of each year, if known. If not provided by June 30, the fee schedule from the previous year shall apply until an updated fee schedule is submitted.
ii. District shall pay an “Ancillary Fee” related to the direct costs to City for District’s use of City’s Facilities. The direct costs shall include, but not be limited to, costs for City staff required to be present at the City Facilities during District’s use. All users will be required to pay the fees for the City Facilities as outlined in Exhibit E. City will endeavor to provide an annual fee schedule for this Exhibit E by no later than May 31st of each year, if known. If not provided by June 30, the fee schedule from the previous year shall apply until an updated fee schedule is submitted.
Ancillary Fees. Subject to terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensee shall pay any fees charged by the Licensor to support Licensee’s occupancy of the Licensed Facilities, including, but not limited to, any administrative charges, Make-Ready costs, assessments, inspection costs and so forth (the “Ancillary Fees”), as specified under Exhibit B: Schedule of Ancillary Fees. Licensor will invoice the Licensee for any Ancillary Fees and Licensee shall pay any such invoice within thirty (30) Days from the date of such invoice.
